Eyes On Site

I am confined to a care faciliy and bedrdden. The Doctor who examined me in my bed was very caring. Although the frame shapes and colors were limited, there was enough varation so I was able to choose a flattering frame. I recieved my glasses quicker than expected. It will tak so time to adjust to them, but overall I am very happy with this service.

I want to express my gratitude to Eyes on Site for the incredible care they provided during my dad's recent eye exam at his assisted living facility. My dad is deaf and uses sign language, and they went above and beyond by bringing an interpreter to ensure he fully understood everything during the appointment. The team was professional, patient, and truly compassionate, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free for him. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and I can't thank them enough for the kindness and respect they showed my dad. I highly recommend Eyes on Site for their outstanding service and dedication to meeting the unique needs of their clients.

mom had the mobile vision exam and did not like the rushed decisions she was forced to chose for very limited frame style and color. since then we've learned that others who use this convenient service are generally unhappy with the frames and fit. They don't offer mobile fitting. One size fits all. Now we're concerned she will be denied Medicare Coversge for more glasses which do fit. Mobile is a great service, but they don't deliver on patient satisfaction otherwise. I need to look into moving into this market and eating their lunch.

I was skeptical that the prescription would be right or the frames would be flimsy. Best prescription ever! Frames were sturdy. I've had my glasses for 1.5 years, like brand new!

What a great service! Eyes on Site came to my mom's assisted living facility in AZ for an eye exam and glaucoma testing. Mom needed new glasses and Eyes on Site took care of everything - style, color, features. They then reached out to me in FL to discuss findings and arrange payment. Eyes on Site will mail/deliver the new glasses directly to Mom. Wonderful. Thank you!

Dr. Ardalan Rashidi came to visit with my mom at home. He is absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly! My mom usually doesn't like eye doctors but when he came and talked to her she immediately told me she likes him and he's so kind and friendly to her. He did explained to me what's going on with my mom and that he will definitely be coming back again in a month to see how her eyes are doing. I have never seen an eye doctor cared so much about my mom as much as Dr. Ardalan Rashidi and I don't think my mom will go see another eye doctor after she was super happy with him! He's wonderful! Thank you!

Great service with caring professionals for my elderly mother, allowing her to update her eye care and glasses without having to leave home. Highly recommended!
