The eye exam went well. The young lady who did the exam made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to my understanding. The Doctor made me understand the results of my exam and encouraged me to return in 6 months. At my age glaucoma is a possibility and staying vigilant is necessary. I highly recommend DNA Eye Group.

This was my first experience with LensCrafters and I was highly impressed! The location was immaculate and well-kept which is a GREAT start!
The first associate got me checked in quickly and completed my pre-exam tests. She was absolutely fabulous! So friendly, welcoming, and kind.
The exam was done by Eric Dollar and he was just as impressive. He was very intelligent & took his time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He's been in the industry for 38 years and it shows through his professionalism and knowledge.
The last associate was a gentleman who went over my insurance benefits/costs. He explained the different types of lenses, options, combinations, and answered all of my questions. He was friendly, upbeat, and had good energy.
Overall, I was very impressed with this visit. The staff was phenomenal, the equipment was technologically advanced, and I left feeling like I got everything I was wanting and more. Great location!

Went in there on the weekend to schedule an appointment where medical insurance needs to be billed. No one there could schedule and said Monday or Tuesday the medical scheduler would call me. She didn't. I tried to call and it said estimated 2 minutes later wait. 20 min later of hold music it's telling me10+ minute wait. Not sure how it could go up. Oh well scheduled somewhere else

The front desk staff was...AWESOME!!! You need to give all 3 of them who worked on 12/30 at the Mesa Superstition Springs location a BIG RAISE and keep them there.
Super nice and friendly and they all had such a great sense of humor - so greatly appreciated.

Didn't start seeing someone until 20 minutes after my appointment time. While they had a sign that reads there might be some delay because of each person getting individual attention, I didn't get that from the doctor as it was a hurried exam. Seems like they overbook or don't allot enough time per appointment.

The doctor who I spoke to was excellent but I was very disappointed in the guy on the desk who promised me that I would get the pupillary distance on my prescription but when I got it was missing. He made an excuse that it was in the doctors office but promised to call me as soon as he could get it . Two days later I still haven't received it and have missed my deadline to order glasses using my insurance. Not cool!
