Scott S was great. He was helpful and informative. We had to make a change just before payment. He fixed everything and said it was easy to change and not a problem. He made the change quickly and was smiling the entire time. Very good customer service. Thank you Scott. I'm looking forward to my new glasses.

I am a challenge. I have always been a challenge when it comes to bifocal lenses. Not due to my prescription, but rather the way I read. I have little control over my eyes, and the focus for reading has to be in one spot on one eye. It's complicated. What is not complicated is caring. And that is what I experienced at LensCrafters. I was fortunate to have the service of some wonderful people who worked with me to find the best fit and the type of lenses that would allow me to have the focus of the bifocal where I needed it. In a world where I have always had to make do with what was on offer, Scott and Marco met the challenge of creating a pair of glasses for ME. They were not afraid to try something new, and they literally turned that lens on its ear. They went beyond providing service, and truly cared. I cannot remember the name of the kind woman who found the perfect frames. I love them. Thank you to all of you who made this heretofore dreaded process so easy. 100 stars.

I went into their office in December for an eye exam. I paid for my deductible and sat down only to realize the name on the receipt was not mine. I went to the desk and they realized they billed the wrong client profile. They told me the charge would be cancelled and then charged me once again under my profile. Well they never refunded me back my money. I've left several messages with their billing department along with the store manager. So not only did we have a HIPPA violation when they provided me with sensitive client information. We now have a fraudulent insurance billing issue that they are not attempting to resolve since they billed me and another client. Do not go here shady business practices.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at LensCrafters, which span multiple locations and nearly a year apart. Most recently, I paid $600 for prescription Meta glasses and was told they would arrive in two weeks. After waiting the full two weeks, I went in to pick them up--only to be told that LensCrafters made the wrong glasses. There was no apology, no attempt to expedite a correction, and no effort to offer a solution. The response I received was essentially, "It is what it is." That is completely unacceptable for a $600 purchase. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Last April, at a different LensCrafters location, I ordered contact lenses and was told my trial lenses would arrive in two weeks. It took three months just to receive the trial pair. Once again, there was no apology and no attempt to make things right. I understand that customer service in the U.S. has declined over the past decade--but the drop at LensCrafters seems far steeper and faster, to the point where customer service feels almost nonexistent. Repeated failures, long delays, errors, and a complete lack of accountability have made it impossible for me to trust this company. At this point, I am strongly considering canceling my order altogether. I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone--certainly not to friends, family, or anyone expecting basic professionalism. Maybe management will read this and take corrective action... but I'm not counting on it.

I spent over an hour calling Meta, Rayban, Target, Best Buy, tons of places trying to get replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Finally I checked with this LensCrafters and Marco was able to find exactly what I was looking for and get them swapped out and just a matter of minutes! He is a man of his word and has excellent customer service as do the other staff here

We came in a few minutes before close, Tami and Brian were very welcoming I ended up finding two frames that I liked and both Tami and Brian stayed after hours to get everything measured and ordered to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Came here after visiting another business. Tami made our experience fantastic and my daughter found frames quickly thanks to her! My daughter LOVES these glasses and I loved the experience.

Went in today for a lense change in my Tom Fords. Talked with Scott and within 10 minutes of arriving my glasses were fixed. Incredibly professional and efficient service. As a physician in the area I will be referring my patients here moving forward. Outstanding customer service
