I had Robin, Marqui and Dr. Caliskanalp for my check in and appointment and everyone was really pleasant and patient. They took the time to explain everything to me, and they ran my insurance before I got there so there were no surprise charges. The eye exam felt pretty thorough too. No one had ever done imaging of my retina before. Obviously everybody is very prepared and capable

Jerry was my guy. He made my LensCrafters experience incredibly awesome. He was patient and very understanding to my needs. My vision was his vision, as a person with understanding a customers needs, and looking for the right frame. He did not bully or strong arm mein any way. He answered all my questions regarding size of frames and the manufacturers and the designer. I will be going back to this location, because of my outstanding experience with Jerry. Thank you LensCrafters, for making my experience getting glasses an enjoyable time. I will wear the same glasses for eight years. In order not to buy glasses and deal with companies such as Vision Works. I've strayed off the path to see what else is out there. Only to find disappointment. I know better now.

I've always had a good experience at LensCrafters. From the eye doctor to the sales associates. They really do care about their customers and providing excellent customer service. The eye doctor that I worked with took the time to explain everything to me and listened to my concerns. The sales associates were helpful and made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses for me. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. I definitely will continue to give them my business.

Beware of extreme schedule conflict. Will try to talk you into something not covered by insurance then when you refuse will try to tell you there is not time for what is covered. Young woman with brightly colored hair was incredibly rude several comments made about "not wanting to pay" - for something not covered by my insurance and rather opting for what was covered. Overheard it happen only minutes later to the next couple in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous for the front desk to act that way. It is not anyone's concern outside of our own what we are "willing" to pay for. Eye doctor herself was fantastic but front staff made it a poor experience. Sat down to buy lenses and was quoted again for something not covered by insurance. Went ahead and took my prescription and cut my losses didn't buy glasses. Headed over to Target Optical and was out with the same exact frames and special coating blue light yada yada for under $100 save yourself the time and struggle.

Every single person was gracious and welcoming. Overall a very positive experience. I found the most gorgeous frames and ended up purchasing two! I especially want to call out Tami, who was a complete peach, and helped me try on different styles until I found the ones I loved.

Get a text the other day that it's time to make an exam. Called and asked to clarify if I was speaking to the location I needed to go to (not this one) they said yes and I specifically said the appointment type I need. Scheduled the appointment and clarified at the end again, that the appointment was power/60 location. They confirmed.
Went to power/60 location to be told we were scheduled at stapley and that the more in depth exam was not part of the scheduled exam we had!
Not the first issue I've had with the stapley location either.

I've been going to the eye doctor here for years and have always had a great experience. The office is clean and modern and everyone is so kind. Their pricing is transparent and it is very easy to schedule an appointment here, even on weekends.
Today I went to the LensCrafters part of the office to look at glasses. I came in with a weird insurance situation and Mackenzie worked very hard to help me figure it out (thank you!). I really appreciate the time she took to go over different lens options so I got the glasses I needed at a good price. I'm so glad I came in today!
