Miss Brendan Collin does wonders with glasss frames she knows her stuff sees been doing this well over 30 years she manages this location and the staff is warm and welcoming. I saw dr siahmakoun ,dr of optometry. He was fantastic from a to z He is a pro. I am referring my husband and that is no small feat. Go there you will be extremely spot and satisfied

What a terrible experience! I made an appt for 9:20. The office person said she'd confirm my insurance and lmk prior to my appr. I was there at 9:15. Filled out all the paperwork and at 10am was told I dont have insurance. I chose not to pay privately and decided to find another company that did take insurance. ...But the rudeness of the manager when I asked questions was so unnecessary. She spoke to me as though I was deaf and mentally challenged. Then I got a text that said I didn't show up for my appt! So they canceled it! I was there for 45 minutes waiting for my 9:20 appt!
If I have to pay for the exam im ok with that..but the rudeness they projected was the reason I chose to go elsewhere. God help me if there had been an issue after the exam that needed adjusting!

I had a horrible experience I can in in time to my appt and was told I did not have an appt. I showed my electronic acknowledgment of an appt and then few moments later was told I did have an appt. The poor lady at the front desk stated she was not from that office and she was having technical difficulties. Then I met the asst and she was nice I told them I wanted contacts and glasses prescription. I met the pediatric eye doctor who apparently works somewhere else also, and he was weird he kept pushing his thigh up against mine as I was sitting in the chair, at first I thought one time thing but it happened again. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Then I got a prescription only for glasses and not contacts and after I called them and went down there they never got back to me that office. If I was you I would not come here. I used my insurance and will never come back again.
