Wasted time and money. Not going back.
Great doctor but poor office policies and staff training.
The office staff took over an hour to provide an eyeglass estimate per my specifics.
Doctor noted my dry eye during my appointment and asked me to try some at home remedies first. I tried them for 60 days and they were not effective. I then called back to ask for an RX to be called into the pharmacy and the staff refused. They insisted I take off work again to schedule another appointment.

It is Saturday, October 5th at 4:05PM, and I called this store only because the Val Vista branch was closed. This location's answering machine took my call as they closed early having normal closing at 5pm. DOES THIS COMPANY WANT TO SERVE CUSTOMERS ON THE WEEKENDS? *NO*!
