She assisted me with obtaining the best price for new lenses. She is so helpful that I also purchased frames and sunglasses. When you walk in, no one greets you, there's no "take a number" we were waiting for 45 minutes to find out we didn't have to. They need to retain their employees to greet people and direct them where to wait / sit and how long the wait. It's so rude walking in anywhere and no one acknowledges you. Do better!

My Mom and myself have been going to a Nationwide Vision for more years than I can even remember. We have always been satisfied with the service. We just recently had to both go and my Mom needed to have some eyeglasses made. Mary the manager is absolutely fantastic. She goes out of her way to make sure all of your needs are meet. She handled everything herself instead of passing it off to someone else. She is a very polite and professional person who takes pride in pleasing her clients .
