Amazing experience! It began at check in with Hannah she was awesome and super sweet! Then my appointment with Dr. Lele, she was so kind and very knowledgeable! My visit ended with Debbie, she was courteous, engaging and a Rockstar. This was a great visit. Great front desk personnel along with a very professional outstanding Eye Doc. Everyone smiles and assists with answering questions. Explains procedures thoroughly. The office at 5846 E Mckellips is fantastic! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was extremely professional, helpful and friendly! Thank you!! The experience I had at your Power/Southern office was a big fat 0!! They were horrible, rude, unprofessional and truly need some training at that office!! They were kids acting like they were at playtime. On the phones, chatting gossip, etc. The floor had glass & debris on it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile!
