I brought my 2 foster children who are on the autism spectrum to this location for their required eye exam. They are 2 and 3 years old. (The state requires kids who were put in states custody to have a dr appointment, dental exam and eye exam within the first 30 days.) The woman staff in the back was AMAZING with the girls and knew so much about how to work with the girls. The eye dr himself knew how to work with them and got us through the exam. I was overwhelmed, but the staff was calm and great!

I wanted to have my eyes checked because I was considering Lasik at another provider. I have really good distance vision, but my reading vision is not great. The people at the Lasik provider wanted to do a mono vision treatment for one eye that I was very anxious about doing. The amazing staff here gave me a contact to where so I can demo mono vision for the day before doing a permanent Lasik procedure. They were nice friendly and really knowledgeable and answered way more questions and concerns that the Lasik provider did not. I highly recommend nationwide vision.!

Definitely a very bad customer experience with this establishment.
They set an appointment for my child at 3:40 pm. We arrived at 3:37 pm and they said he had to arrive to the appointment earlier and that they wouldn't be able to see him.
Two weeks ago I was informed that the child had broken his glasses and they told me that I had better make an appointment because repairing the glasses would take 2 weeks.
So I made the appointment and we waited until today, so (Doctor Kyle Bothwell, OD) would let us know that he was not going to see us since although the appointment said it started at 3:40 pm it was better if he arrived 15 minutes before, which had been mentioned that the child arrives from the bus at 3:15 pm before making the appointment.
They only gave us the option to make another appointment.
The worst of all is that when we have been in previous appointments we have had to wait around 15-25 minutes before they let us in, so what is the logic and what is convenient for the patient, since when you arrive even earlier like they take up time and delay our appointments. It's very unfair, definitely unfair.
