Love this location! The front desk staff is awesome! So friendly and helpful from the second you walk in! I saw Dr Hoang! She is amazing! Will definitely be back!

If you're anticipating a friendly staff, you are going to be in for a rude awakening for the most part. One of the four staff I interacted with on three different occasions was kind and informative. The rest are cold, snappy, and unprofessional. Whoever is managing this office needs to clean house. There is no way these girls interviewed for the job with the demeanor they display to the customers. They act like they absolutely cannot stand their jobs or human interaction. My wife returned from there today with a similar story. And with that, we will not be back. There are dozens of optometrist offices that go the extra mile to be kind and helpful. I will share this experience with everyone I know in the area.

I have been going to Oasis for quite some time and they exemplify professionalism from the minute you walk through the door until the time you exit. I have seen two doctors, Dr. McCallen and Dr. Hoang and both have always been caring, dedicated and explained any concerns while making me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Oasis, they are a diamond in the desert.

I had been in AZ for 4 days when i accidentally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alicia McCallen O.D. I am so glad that i didn't cancel it. She is AMAZING. She ran every test possible to make sure I had no eye issues. I am very Impressed with her. I would highly recommend her.

I looked at these reviews before I booked at Oasis eye care and thought this would be a good opportunity to share my personal experience.
Overall, it was amazing. Dr. Woo was great. She was very thorough and really did follow up with me- and all of the things.

I think the 4 stars is just for the overall location of the eye center. It's loud, small & kind of crowded. Another reason for a 4 star was the front desk team was EXTREMELY stale. You could tell they either hated their jobs or were all hangry. I don't need them to compliment me or kiss my butt...
However, a smile could have been nice too.
Would highly recommend if you don't have vision insurance and you need somewhere decent. Make sure to try and book with Dr. Woo!!

Hadn't had my vision checked in many years and decided it was time. The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Hoang was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with a prescription that was exactly what my eyes needed. Got into a pair of progressives and cannot believe how much my vision has improved!! Easiest appointment I have ever made and extremely happy with the results.
