Let me share the negative first so you understand the rating. They did a retinal scan. They treated it as normal procedure (implied, nothing directly said to me). Afterwards, I find out it costed $39! My wife and I both had appointments, one right after the other. I found out after the exams and when ordering glasses about this charge, that they wouldn't allow us to leave without paying it, and that my wife didn't get the scan because they warned her first! Why didn't they warn ME!?! Also, they didn't apologize (unless they said it as a "scripted" response), and took no ownership of the mistake. When we only had $34, they accepted that so that we could leave, with us still owing them $5. We had to borrow money from our brother to order the glasses, and therefore went ahead and paid the nonsense, nuisance co-pay charge off. Besides this, they were nice and friendly and helped us with our questions about the glasses. Also, Dr Dennis told me things about my eyes that weren't told to me before, and make complete sense based on my symptoms. He even wrote a couple things down on sticky note so I could remember them. However, the whole dilemma behind the retinal scan charge and not letting us leave without paying for something we weren't told about ahead of time ("other services" in fine print doesn't warn of something that we don't know isn't part of standard procedure!) . So, they get a 2 star rating. They will probably get a higher rating from my wife because they advised her before doing the scan.

My eye doctor Dr Dennis, and the staff are so awesome. This is my second year coming to this location, and all have been so welcoming and friendly. I've been numerous optometry clinics in my life and this one is the one, I'm never going anywhere else. I felt so special and it was refreshing! They also still held my glasses after a year because I'm irresponsible and never picked them up. LOL. Overall, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you everyone!!

This has been by far the most frustrating, poorly managed, and unprofessional medical retail experience I've ever had -- and it dragged on for over six months. This began on June 30th, when my fiance and I had our first appointments here for eye exams and contacts. The doctor was pleasant, and everything seemed fine at first. I received my updated contact prescription and told the staff I planned to order through 1-800 Contacts, as I always do. However, I was strongly pressured to order through Pearle Vision with promises of fast delivery and comparable pricing. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Weeks passed with no contacts and no communication. I called repeatedly while running out of contacts and was always told someone would "look into it and call me back." Not once did anyone ever call me back. After weeks of chasing them, I was finally told my contacts had been sitting there, and no one ever notified me. By that point, I was completely out of contacts. Most of this was handled by Jaime (a manager), who never followed through on a single promise. During this same time, my fiance ordered contacts. He only wanted a 90-day supply, but Jaime pushed him into a full year supply due to a $250 rebate, and she explicitly promised to immediately send the vendor rebate form. She never sent it. What followed was dozens of emails and calls over the course of MONTHS. The pattern never changed: We would reach out repeatedly with no response Eventually Jaime would respond once We'd reply immediately And then she would ghost us again Over and over. Any time we caught her on the phone, she would rush through: "Yes, yes, I'm looking into it. I'll call you back." She never once called back. She even told us she had a meeting with the vendor rep that afternoon and promised to follow up. That call never happened, just like every other promise. Because of these delays caused entirely by her lack of follow-through, by the time we finally received and submitted the rebate form the same day, we had already been pushed past the deadline through no fault of our own. Eventually, Jaime stopped responding altogether. After weeks of being ignored, I escalated and was contacted by Brandi, who initially seemed apologetic and eager to fix everything. She offered me a 3-month supply of contacts as a goodwill gesture and said she would still recover the rebate. I accepted in good faith. She later asked for my credit card number over the phone to reprocess the rebate, which I declined. I was told a paper check would be sent instead. Once again, the same cycle: No written confirmation No proof No follow-ups Long stretches of silence I was told the delay was due to "snail mail." Later, I was told the check had been sent weeks earlier. When we finally received it, the check was dated only a few days prior, proving it had not been sent when claimed. To make matters worse, when my glasses broke and I went to Warby Parker, they informed me that my Pearle Vision prescription was incorrect. Despite directly examining my progressive lenses, they failed to list that I wear progressives. When I called to fix this, Brandi was resistant until I sent proof and falsely claimed she "always responds," which is easily disproven by weeks of unanswered messages. She also attempted to hold the "goodwill contacts" over my head during this call. This location demonstrated: Chronic lack of communication Broken promises Failure to send the promised rebate form Months of ghosting Mishandling of a $250 rebate Delayed medical orders Prescription errors False timelines Zero accountability No patient should ever have to spend months chasing a medical office for products already paid for and paperwork that was explicitly promised. I will never return here and strongly encourage others to go anywhere else.

Poor customer service up front. Gave new phone # when appointment made. Confirmed appointment to new phone # from Pearle. At appt woman behind desk said she sent necessary "paperwork" to my phone. She sent to my old phone. Green light machine 5 times on left eye blinding me. Woman in front came to assist. Dr was very good but did not sign prescription. I'm at Costco now waiting 45 minutes and counting for a fax with signature.

This place is most definitely nit being managed properly at all. I been going here for a while and the doctors are good but the rest is managed extremely poorly. My daughter got glasses a couple of months ago it took weeks to even get an update when I did they told me the glasses weren't available. I have been trying to get a refund since than with no luck. Calls and email unanswered and no one seems to know whats going on and manager Jamie who is supposed to be handling this is non responsive.
