Was initially scheduled for the wrong type of appointment, had to reschedule different location. The receptionist seemed bothered by doing her job. The doctor did not do a regular exam, talked over me & didn't seem to want to address my concerns. I paid $175 for an exam which was questionable. She never used any equipment on me for an exam! Unfortunately, customer satisfaction is a thing of the past.

My appointment time was 9:30 I did not see Dr.Trinh until 10:30. In general the technician and the front desk staff were polite. I was not impressed with Dr. Trinh. Today's appointment was a recheck because the prescription given at my first visit in March, was not working for me. The appointment felt rushed and the doctor seemed snippy with me. I will not be going back and will not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have never experienced issues with prescriptions before, I don't understand why there was an issue this time. She did tweak the prescription but made me feel like I was the problem.

This place is an absolute scam! I had the most challenging time getting my contact prescription filled. I was charged a $55 co-pay at the time of service and received a $200 bill after the appointment. I have never had issues with insurance covering my eye exam or visits. I called the insurance and was told that Southwestern Eye Center never billed for the services I'm being charged for. Stay far away from this place!
