I was super upset because I received a prescription for a different patient during my last visit. Colin didn't ask for my name and just told me he would print my RX. I didn't think about looking at it since I was the only patient there. I received a prescription for a person that included her name, address, and DOB which I'm pretty sure is a HIPAA violation. I called and thankfully I was able to speak with Iris. She had such great customer service and definitely knew how to diffuse the situation. Thank you so much Iris!

Both women Gabby and Corrine were extremely helpful and friendly while picking out frames and discussing which lens options to get with my insurance benefits. I picked up my glasses when I received the text that they were in (great feature) and this is the only reason this rating wasn't a five,when I came in to pick up I felt kinda rushed....
