Love this Target Optical at 5110 S Power Gilbert, AZ ! I saw Dr. Johnston- the staff Jasmine and the gentleman in the lobby were so kind and professional! I would say a 10 out of 10 experience! I've come to this Eye Dr. and seen Dr.Turk ( Who is also a 10/10) and Target and stopped coming because of the distance but after today's visit - I would say I would plan my future visits regardless of-the distance just for this experience again!

Not impressed. Spent couple hundred dollars on contacts to try them out. Tried them and I'm seeing worse with them in; I see double. Scheduled a follow up appointment the day I picked them up. Didn't get a phone call or text to confirm my appointment and forgot (my fault) to show up. When I realized a couple hours later, I called and they said Dr. Cain only works one day a week (must be nice), no other doctors can help me and I can't be seen again for 3 weeks. At this point, I'll cut my losses and go somewhere else.

Kyle was so patient with me while I picked out my glasses and contacts. I'm so impressed with Kyle's knowledge and help with fitting. In the end, I decided I also wanted a pair of sunglasses! I was so indecisive about what I wanted. But Kyle showed me different styles until we found one I liked. Kyle also helped with my insurance and found the best deal for my budget.
