I am grateful for Dr. Grandela and the staff for getting me in on short notice. I was having really bad irritation in my eye and they were able to help me. The staff were very professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I felt well cared for and I will definitely be back.

I don't know why this office has such low reviews but i am going to do my part by leaving a very honest review. I have been a patient here for 5 years. Dr. Grandela is AMAZING & his staff are the kindest people ever. Shoutout to Jill she is a sweetheart. Yes, medical equipment is expensive but that is not the fault of the clinic. PLEASE contact the state for help with assistance for these devices and services! Dr. Grandela has helped me alongside my wonderful care team to make assistive tech available to me to get me through life and college. He always listens, never rushes, and answers all my questions. Thank you for this wonderful clinic. I finally can achieve higher education much more comfortably, navigate life, and have answers as to what is going on with my vision and that is truly priceless!!

To be absolutely clear, this office made the best glasses I have ever owned and their no-insurance pricing is competitive with my normal office for vision care. Drs. Noon and Harrier are awesome, but no longer with the clinic. Dr. Grandela committed a malpractice by failing to return a message in a timely fashion about a medical emergency and I had to seek help from outside sources. I am concerned by his negligence on this matter and am unsure whether I will return.

Dr. Grandela is the most AMAZING and compassionate human being i have met in the medical field especially in eye care. I never knew i had options and low vision specialists were a thing. When i met him, he treated me more than just some patient. I felt heard & like he truly cared. His front staff receptionists are both soooo sweet too. The place just is so welcoming. Everyone there, thank you so much!!

I take my mom to see Dr. Grandela and his staff at Viewfinder in Mesa and there are not enough words to express my gratitude. The unbelievable amount of time spent with my mom who is experiencing rapidly declining vision; helping her with everything from accessibility with her computer/phone/tablet, recommendibg adaptive devices, as well as possibl available outside resources is unbelievably appreciated. My mom is scared and frustrated and Dr. Grandela is patient, empathetic, but more importantly offers solutions. We had no idea a place like this existed only to be referred by a very understanding nurse at an Ophthalmology practice. I think every type of Ophthalmology specialist should have ViewFunder and Dr. Grandela's information available.

Great selection of low vision assisting items. Helpful staff that was willing to describe the operation of their technology items including all of the extras on the connected screen reader with talk back. Almost made me excited to one day really need one of those devices. I only wish they had more resources outside of the office... Like assistive animal training, spousal guides for the inevitable and a few others. I WILL be making an appt for continued care as soon as I get insurance straightened out.

Handicap parking could be closer. Office is located on South side of building. Bit of a rough start because Mom & I just dropped in, without an appointment... couldn't get through on phone, due to system problem. Ended up OK, Mom (91) has appointment to see doc... will update after.

These people take advantage of old and dying people - like my father - $3.3k machine they won't take back or buy back at a discount now that he's dead - horrific policy - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
