They told me that my insurance covered my eye exam in May 2024. A year later, they charged me $79 for the eye exam, stating that my insurance denied it (The Benefits Specialist at my job disagreed). Visionworks said that they would fix it. Then in Nov. 2025, they charged me again for the eye exam. They are liars who try to get a little extra money from their customers. Go somewhere else.
