The whole team here is excellent. Tim at the front is wonderful. He's really helpful and easy to talk to . He's also pretty handsome . The gentlemen in the back that help with the vision testing and the gentleman that helps with check in , are super nice and patient. The Doctor is very thorough. He's gentle . He answered all my questions patiently. He was amazing! I have gone to several eye doctor office and no one compares to this one . I won't ever go elsewhere for vision services.

Went today for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses, it was my first time at visionsworks and over all visionworks was the best experience I ever had in any past optical locations I have been to. They were able to get me into a last minute appointment, even when it was close to there closing time. They did not rush me the entire staff had great customer service from begging to the end. The staff greated me in, was able to get me in and out quickly in a very professional manner, the ophthalmologist answered all questions I had and made my visit very easy and simple. I want to give Tim a big shout out In the final step of selecting my glasses. Tim had great customer service, friendly and was very helpful and informative in the final step in purchasing new sunglasses and eyeglasses. Overall the entire staff was amazing and I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be back.
