My eyeglasses had a manufacture coating issue. Store employee took care of the issue. My current perscription lens has all the bells & whistles on them. New lens would have cost me well over $300. with insurance. Have been with Visionworks for over 8 years. Eye doctors and sales reps have been great. Can't say enough about their superb customer service.

Horrible customer service. Charge you hundreds of dollars and give you empty promises. Can't even get a return call. Paid for glasses over a month ago and now am told another 2 weeks because the lab can't get the prescription right. I have an entire family with glasses and will NEVER return here. Rude customer service agents who don't know what they are doing.

This is my least favorite place to go. If you arent obnoxiously getting someone's attention they will ignore you. I even had a gentleman jester to me to speak before him and the woman said no she can wait.
So im already anxiety filled going in and I get to the desk for 3 children's appt and she said she kicked my appt out because I didn't confirm. I get that, but two hours before the appt. I got an email saying that they Will see me soon. So sometime in those two hours they decided me wrangling my kids early from school and missing work wasn't good enough.
Help me lord if my insurance doesn't let me go anywhere else.

You can't make this up. I got a pair of sunglasses with our insurance and bought new lenses for an old pair. I paid $207 cash for both pair (plus insurance payment made). My daughter picked up these 2 weeks ago and I wore them today and noticed a scratch. I come into the location. They can't replace the lens as it's a "deep scratch". I have to return the glasses and wait for my benefit to credit back and get a new pair. The kicker. They gave me half off my new lenses in my glasses. So, they also have to return the lenses. They are popping the new lenses out of my old glasses. Then will refund me $207 by mail in about 3 weeks. In 3 weeks, I can repurchase the glasses under my insurance and send my old glasses out for new lenses and hand them the same money back. They are spending more in labor cost right now than they would spend replacing the lens. Makes no sense. Purchasing the 10 pair of glasses for our family was easy. Getting a repair is not.
