Ok, so every once in a great while, there is a person who happens to work somewhere that just simply stands out. They go over and above with no prompting and make your experience a great one. Such is my experience with Makayla at the Walmart Eye Center on McKellips. It is people like her that make you feel good about visiting somewhere for help. I know you get who you get when you walk into a Walmart, but my good fortune was to walk in today and get Makayla. Fast, courteous, pleasant, and yes, a smile and helpfulness that was a cut above. Walmart is lucky to have someone of this caliber in a customer facing role. Thank you Makalya.

Hands down, most professional vision center. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. Mainly due to the amazing customer service I received from Shaun. He will patiently watch me try every frame on in inventory, if need be , and won't hesitate to give an honest opinion. McKayla is just as top-notch as Shaun. Them as a duo are what makes this vision center worth visiting. I can assure you, it WILL be absolutely worth it!

I must have came in at a perfect time, as I was greeted by Laura Salena and Kelly. All 3 seemed very nice with warm smiles. Shawn assisted me with some concerns I had regarding my new glasses. He was very patient and understanding. He took his time to answer all my questions. Even the vison manager Makayla took time out to ensure my visit lived up to her and my standards. I will definitely continue to enjoy their services in my coming years. If I misspelled any of their names I'm sorry but I'm sure they know who they are.
