I met Dr. Kanyinda by referral within the practice. From our first consultation I felt his confidence. My procedure was correcting my droopy eyelids. Every step of the way Dr. Kanyinda displayed very concise measurements and explained what I should expect. He has a great team in the office and the operating facility. Dr. Kanyinda performs two separate procedures 2 weeks apart. The instructions provided were spot on and contributed to both procedures performed better than I expected. Dr. Kanyinda's follow up consultations were great. I am so pleased with my new found vision and confidence now that both eyes are normal. Thank you Dr. Kanyinda very much!

Well, for a first visit. Timing was good. I'm having a pretty serious reaction to allergies. My eyes have burned so bad it's hard to keep them open. Supposedly, a prescription was ordered to help with that. The prescription wasn't ordered. So I've spent a miserable weekend. I was initially seen at the urgent Care. I didn't realize that urgent Care was shorthand for we don't do anything but refer you. So I came away from there for a miserable weekend. How do you do that this time, again, nothing done. I had to debate with myself whether to pay yet another bill for the same problem by going to the emergency room. I decided I have to tough it out I can't pay three times for the same issue. I can't get my left eye open it is tearing so badly. So, if you got that kind of money to waste, they might be all right. But, if you need something done, I might look somewhere else. Also, they sent me seven in a row text messages asking me to sign up online after I had signed up online. Telling me to put in my information again. Then, that was followed by 7 text messages saying thanks for signing up online. No wonder they couldn't manage to get the prescription to the pharmacy. I don't think I'm going back. Too much disorganization. And, this was really too much discomfort. I bet they'll expect the bill to be paid on time.

Dr and medical staff was amazing in person. However, I am trying to find the right contact lenses prescription and have called multiple times and have gotten no call back. I did speak to someone on the 3rd call and they let me know that trials were ordered but there were 2 orders and I know one won't work. If they would just call and talk to the patient and let them know what is being done, it would prevent extra work and wait. I had to leave another message today as I don't receive a call back after talking to a tech early in the week, so I'm still unsure what has been ordered.

Went for a "follow up" following surgery ". Have been including my wife in all my appointments to have a 2nd set of ears to hear all conversations. It is recommended that you always have someone present with you in every appointment. You may otherwise find yourself being told something was not said by the doctor, or you misheard what was said. A trusted friends presence or that of your spouse is a must. There may be some good doctors at this facility but there are also some bad ones. It is a disappointment and our experience has led us to make the decision to seek out a new doctor elsewhere that is both professional in level of service including communication skills and is humble enough to admit when they make a mistake. It is of our opinion that you should seek out other options before using Dr. Goldman at this facility.

I would like to thank Dr.Brems and the office staff at Arizona Eye Specialist for removing my cataracts and restoring my vision. My left eye was 20-50, and my right was 20-40. They just completed my right eye; it was blurry at first, but after a couple of days, the right eye is clear enough to not were my glasses. I can't wait till they fix the left eye in another 2 weeks. I should be able to throw my glasses away. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Kanyinda did an amazing job that was also pain free. I could not believe my eyes literally when I saw before and after surgery pictures. It is also amazing that I can see better now and my eyes look amazing. The stitches were just removed this week. I can't wait for the look once the swelling goes away completely. Friends and family are amazed at the results. I have already referred friends and family to Dr. Kanyinda as they have been asking me for the information of the surgeon that did my eyes since they love my results. The staff of doctor Kanyinda was super amazing at communicating and setting up blepharoplasty and brow internal suspension surgery. Thank you so much Dr. Kanyinda

Father had cataract surgery on both eyes... Both visits were kind, friendly, efficient and professional. They asked over and over again which eye they will be working on, marked the eye, bandaged the other eye... They took no chances for error. They gave him a business size reference card pertaining to his cataract surgery and lens/implant information. Plenty of parking in shade for patients... Or nearby. Chairs and waiting room. It"s not ideal for a larger person but does accommodate most. Picking up a patient is left of the main door (from the outside) just drive up, go inside and let them know you're there, and off you go.

Did not explain to my mother that there was a 200 dollor charge before surgery my mother is 79 yrs of age and she had to fast for her sugery and appointment was at 12:15 no comunication What so ever called once for apointment time and thats it didnt cover payments or anything
