I had a great experience, the optometrist was nice and the exam was easy. Paulina helped me with my frames and she was super sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone was very friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, precise, while giving my mom and I both the perfect eye exams and picking out our glasses! There's not a better place than this location! We're both very happy!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for distance, based on the optomitrists recommendation since I remove my glasses for reading and computer. I was phoned, but only 1 pair arrived, forcing me to return at a later date. The glasses received were both for reading, not distance. So they were sent back. I had a problem with only distance only so I decided to go back to my progressives. It's now over 2 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. This has been a pain and why the Dr. suggested that I only order for distance was a bad choice on her part.

I can't say enough great things about Natasha and Shannon at this location! Whenever I need my glasses fixed or adjusted, I always go straight to them because I trust their expertise completely. They are incredibly detail-oriented and always make sure my glasses are in perfect shape. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their vision. The deals they offer are fantastic, and the entire staff is always so helpful and friendly. As someone who relies heavily on my sight, I truly appreciate how much they've done for me over the years--it means the world. Natasha and Shannon are real miracle workers, and I am so grateful for their exceptional service every time. Highly recommend them to anyone!

there are choices when it comes to getting eyeglasses - i chose America's Best because Nigel the Owl was the branding strategy - i was impressed with the customer service and the affordability of getting my first pair of prescription glasses - when i lost my glasses without hesitation i returned to America's Best and Nigel the Owl - this time i was more than impressed by the professionalism of the front desk, the eye doctor and the general manager - i strongly recommend this America's Best location - even as i found out that the new corporate decision to re-brand without Nigel the Owl is very disappointing to this customer as Nigel was THE REASON i chose America's Best and this location in the first place - #SaveNigel

Love these guys! Shannon has a great eye for helping people choose frames and goes through lens options so patiently. You're never surprised by the total. The lenses in the photo are part of the 2 pair + eye exam for $69.95. I love them and get tons of compliments. Also, you get discounted lenses within 30 days so I brought in sunglasses and another pair of glasses. I just picked them up and they are perfect! Thank you!

Shannon , Christopher and all the gals at the front desk are wonderful! I will say the 2 pairs for 69.99 is misleading.... that is not the falt of the people who work here that is a corporate issue. I paid 274.74 which included tax, 15.00 retina imaging picture, 89.00 contact lenses exam and using insurance for 2 pairs of glasses. I got the thinner poly lenses with the anti reflection coating which are add ons and add to your bill. To get the deal it has to be basic like two frames that cost 69.99 with no add ons and has to single vision. The exam for glasses is free so yay! The office here is very clean and every one up front was friendly and helpful. I came back today for finalized prescription of contacts. I did have an issue with one of my frames (they are so cute, will post a follow up when I receive them) the lenses weren't set to my field of vision so I experienced some distortion. Shannon was very helpful to fix that issue and sent them off today to be corrected. Will be getting them back in 1-2 weeks yay! I believe there is only one optometrist that is on staff here and I felt she was exhausted/ a bit over worked? I didn't take it personally, there is a staffing shortage every where and front line workers are being ran ragged. We all have bad days. For the most part the value is there just read the fine print ,ask questions and check what your rates will be with & with out insurance. Only 1 suggestion : maybe have Dr.Passa explain the Retina pictures ? I just assumed my eyes are good since no comments were made. Keep up the great customer service. Appreciate all your help and transparency.
