I can't imagine any eye care facility that deserves a better review than this one. As a 70 year old, I had previously learned I have cataracts and my vision is declining steadily. My local facility only gets mediocre reviews, which for starters was a major concern. Additionally, a friend was definitely not happy with her cataract surgery results there. With a lot of thought, I chose to cancel with the local facility and look elsewhere. Arora eye care had fantastic reviews but... was a 3 hour drive from my home. That said, I wanted to feel secure that an expert was going to give me the care I needed, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't just another patient. Also I wanted to know that I would be in the hands of experts who hopefully cared about me, and my eyes. As soon as I opened the door at Arora I sensed that this place really knows eye care. The reception area was spotless, and the staff exuded an excellent mix of professionalism and genuine warmth. Dr. Arora patiently listened to my vision history and was genuinely interested in me as a person. I had a ton of questions and he was eager to answer all of them. I could see that the instruments and equipment at the facility looked new and modern. Modern enough that they didn't even need to dilate my pupils for the exam. I was given thorough tests that my old local clinic never even conducted. Dr. Arora and I unanimously and jointly decided I could wait for the cataract surgery a bit and I will see him again in a few months. I liked that he was joining with me in a very professional way to reach a conclusion, not coercing me one bit. This is a Dr. who is not only highly knowledgeable, but extremely personable and approachable. When it comes to your eyesight at this stage of life, it comes down to trust. This clinic is a breath of fresh air and has gained my trust in spades. Thank you so much Dr. Arora and staff. You were 1000 percent worth the 3 hour drive to get to your facility.

Dr. Arora is absolutely wonderful! The office staff is friendly and efficient, and my appointment started right on time. Evelyn was my technician and she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable during the exam. I left feeling confident in my eye health and happy with my new prescription. They had all of the newest and latest technology so the appointment was quick, easy, and painless. In addition the office is beautiful! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Arora Eyes and Dr. Jay Arora. After visiting two other doctors for an eye infection, Dr. Arora was the only one who truly took the time to properly diagnose and treat me. He is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He monitored my eyes over the next few weeks to make sure I was fully healed before giving me my eyeglass prescription, never rushed, always thorough. The entire staff was also kind and professional from start to finish. Dr. Arora explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I'm beyond grateful for the care I received here. Truly the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Highly, highly recommend Arora Eyes and Dr. Arora to anyone who wants exceptional care.

Had an amazing experience at Arora Eye! The office is absolutely impeccable and truly makes you feel like you're in a luxury space while still being incredibly welcoming. I had a pretty nasty fall and hit my head on the group. About a week later, I started having floaters and flashes of light. I went to the ER and they weren't very helpful but I got an appt with Dr. Arora and he was AMAZING! The office staff are all so kind! It was a wonderful experience. Dr Arora said I needed to get to a retina specialist asap and he made the call and got me in with one an hour later. Amazing care, wonderful "bedside" manner. I will not go anywhere else. And I live in Buckeye so it's a bit of a drive. But it is worth it!
