Dr. Kaci Kramer is truly one of the best practitioners in the Phoenix area. I have been going to her since she was originally at Horizon. She is extremely knowledgeable about her field and in fact, found a problem with my eye that lead to a dx of DM2. I trust her implicitly with my vision and I know she is held in high regard by other medical practitioners in the Valley. If you want a good OD that goes the extra mile and is extremely pleasant as well you have found her!

Just returned from my annual eye exam with Dr. Kramer-Oldroyd. My wife and I followed her to her new practice which is conveniently located just off Tatum Boulevard. She and her staff (Jen) provided a thorough and professional exam. She is always warm and caring. In my opinion, she is absolutely the best. I should also add that her new offices are very comfortable.

I recently had a vision issue that required medical attention. When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Van Buren (my regular ophthalmologist), his office staff advised he was unavailable for appointments since he's mostly performing surgeries these days. However, they were able to get me an appointment with one of his optometrists on staff, Dr. Kramer. I was hesitant because I've been a patient of Dr. Van Buren's for years and he's always seen me through my prior vision problems. But I could not wait for medical attention. Dr. Kramer was able to get me in quickly and even performed my examination when the office probably should have been closed for lunch. She was very pleasant, took her time, and clearly explained the issue I was experiencing. She did not rush through the examination and I felt like she listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She even squeezed me in for a follow-up appointment on a day she was already completely booked. I am 100% confident in Dr. Kramer's ability to diagnose and treat vision issues and I think she's a wonderful addition to Dr. Van Buren's practice. I want to thank Dr. Kramer and her staff for going of their way to help me through a distressful situation.
