Prompt, courteous, very professional, and a thorough exam with state of the art equipment. Very efficient too. He articulated everything clearly and concisely. Highly recommend and I'm now a committed return customer. Dr Matthew Fierro was very knowledgeable, kind, very willing to clearly answer my questions and helped me to understand future decisions that I needed to consider regarding my vision. He also asked me to follow up with him for recommendations when I decided to move forward. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend him & wouldn't hesitate to return for my next exam. Absolutely the best experience I have had (and at my age, I've had a LOT!). The whole of the office staff is thorough, efficient and very personable. Dr. Ferrio is thorough with the whole process and I love how he takes the time to educate the patient about all the results (why they're done, what health processes they do/don't represent). Awesome experience.
