Eye Lab - Eye Doctor in North Scottsdale

I highly recommend Eye Lab for glasses. I stopped in to look at frames and Hung was very helpful. I picked a pair of IC! Berlin frames. Hung was very attentive to my concerns about my new prescription and showed me how my prescription would look. That made me feel confident with my new script. My glasses came in the following week.I recommend Hung for your eye glass needs.

I highly recommend Eye Lab North Scottsdale. If you are looking for above board service this is the office you want to visit. Dr Shoa was so incredibly thorough. I was amazed at the level of care and professionalism. This facility is not a quick get in and out experience, she and her assistant actually spent a full 35 minutes checking and rechecking my eyes. She took the time to explain my eye health in detail. She discovered that my current eyeglass prescription was stronger than what my eyes required, thank you for that. For the frame and lens fitting, Han, was incredibly thorough as well, explaining my vision coverage to the minute detail. He set up lenses so I could actually see, no pun intended, what my new eye glass prescription would be like. My overall visit took a little over an hour. Much gratitude to the Doctor and Staff to take the time to ensure I was well taken care of. You have definitely earned a forever client.

This was the best experience in going to an eye doctor I've had in quite sometime. Not only was the entire staff friendly and helpful, but the doctor and the optical team truly went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything. They took the time to thoroughly explain my prescription and clearly outlined the different lens and frame options that worked best for my vision needs. Even more helpful was the time they spent with me, patiently breaking down my insurance coverage so I understood exactly how my benefits applied to the recommended options. I left feeling confident, informed, and very well-cared for. Highly recommended for their expertise and exceptional customer service!

Great business. Tok my glasses in to be fixed cecause all the positive reviews. Was not disappointed in fact, my expectatios were exceeded. The employee thatgretted me was so kind and helpfu;. Fixed my glasses, did not charge me, and happily sent me o n my way. I will find a reason to do revenue generating business again. It's so nice to find a business that puts customer satisfaction and relationships above the bottom line. Highly recommend.!!

They really do an incredible job here on both the eye exam side and the retail side! Dr. Shao is not only very knowledgeable, but detailed, and caring about her work. She went into depth about my eyes that no optometrist has ever done before and it was really impressive. I love this place and would recommend anyone to go here for their exams and for shopping (they stock great brands and nice styles). Will be a regular for as long as I'm able to be!

Eye Lab is AWESOME! I have been going to see Serena at Eye Lab for several years now and each time they do an incredible job or making sure they do a full eye exam and clearly explain every part of the exam. Dr. Serena is spectacular as the Optometrist and certainly knows he craft. When it comes to glasses, they have a large selection of frames and options. Hung is the Optician, and he is a true professional. He can help you with your selection and knows how to make sure the glasses and lenses are a perfect fit. Everyone at Eye Lab is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you want to have a doctor who doesn't listen and speaks down to you, this is the one! Never in my 30+ years of wearing glasses have they ever not been accurate the first time, this doctor and I went back and forth maybe four times. I multiple times throughout my visits said I can't see out of the prescription but yet was told it was because of my astigmatism and that it would take 3 weeks to adjust. Note this was for both contacts and eye glasses. I finally went to another doctor and paid out of pocket after almost two months of back and forth without getting a correct prescription. At the new doctor I got the right prescription the FIRST TIME. I also mentioned to the new doctor about the 3 weeks adjustment period and they verbally laughed, until they realized I was serious. I would I highly recommend going elsewhere for a vision check. I'm only giving a single star here due to the friendliness and helpless of the office staff. I'm currently out hundreds of dollars with next to useless order of contacts for 6 months as I was told they could not be exchanged after prescribed the wrong prescription. They only offered $20 off my next order, which will never happen. I also was forced to reorder my glasses 3 times in this process, luckily the place I ordered them was ever forgiving of the situation.

Our experience here was top notch. We were on vacation in Scottsdale and my wife was experiencing flashing and floaters and was concerned about a retina issue. We booked an appointment online for the next day (a Saturday) at noon. Super easy to book and we received a confirmation instantly. The team was extremely courteous, empathetic and thorough, from the attendant Hung to the doctor herself. They efficiently did all the necessary testing to ensure that there was no emergency. We highly recommend this business.
