I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Ross and staff today who did a great job checking my eyes thoroughly explaining process very well along the way. Dr Ross really took the time to understand, explain current situation and made suggestions to help. I especially appreciate Dr Ross working to get me in for a consult. I would definitely recommend her and would return in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for seven years. Every visit, including today's on 12 Nov 2025, has been a great experience. Dr. Ross and her staff have been very attentive, professional, and treat me with great care. I flew in from Canada to see Dr. Ross. I later discovered that people from all over the world fly in to Global Retina, as far out as India. For my money this is the best clinic in the world and the following are a few reasons. Dr. Ross has a passion for travelling the world to help cure blindness. So what you have is someone with a super big heart and a plethora of knowledge and experience in dealing with some of the most extreme eye issues out there. After searching the internet for a couple of weeks, I decided to give this clinic a try and it was the best choice ever. I was rapidly going blind in one eye, with tons of pressure in the eye which I could feel. Happened very fast, in about a month, and was getting worse each day. When I saw Dr. Ross she and her wonderful staff did all the testing and she gave my her diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. After the first treatment I already felt better and now 6 weeks later, sfter my last appointment before going back to Canada, my eye keeps getting better. So many good things to say about my experience. One other is that she has a laser machine that performs micro currents to the eye, as a less invasive treatment than surgery for some patients. I have not been able to find that laser machine anywhere else except Global Retina. I also had 1 treatment with that and in a matter of days i felt even more improvement. For anyone who prefers an alternative, less invasive approach to treatment if at all possible, that is another reason to come here. Dr. Ross and Global Retina have been a Godsend. If people from all over the world are travelling to this clinic, including myself, then you know there is something special here. And this clinic really is special!

I am presently a patient of Dr Ross. I have gone through the laser floater treatments and also vitrectomy on both eyes. Dr Ross is a master at her craft. She has described my eye problems as very challenging but she DID fix them. I'm completely satisfied with my final results. My quality of life has completely turned around to the positive side. Assistant staff (Robin & Sheri) are kind, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Ross & team.

Rarely is there a doctor that combines expertise, service, and heartfelt care for their patients. Dr Ross and her team do that. My opinion is She is the best in Phoenix, and maybe the best at her trade in the USA. I almost never review. I could not help but give this review for Dr. Ross, as she has earned it.

Dr Ross and her staff are brilliant. Every detail is always addressed from beginning to end to end. No stone is unturned. Everyone is extremely efficient and their personal care is always at the highest level. Doc Ross is my first and only choice when dealing with my eyes at any capacity.
