Very poor customer service. Don't return phone calls or provide needed information. Wrote an incorrect prescription then refused to correct it until I paid for a full new eye exam to "re-check" the prescription. Will not return.

Made appointment for eye exam and arrived half hour early. . When I arrived the front desk asked if I'd like drop dilation or the diagnostic. I opted for the drops. Filled out paperwork then was told to do drop dilation I'd have to come back at 2:00 (arrived at 12:00), as it would cut into the doctors lunch, but the could do the diagnostic which would cost 30.00. I refused both as I had made an appointment for eye exam and was NEVER told they wouldn't be able to dilate my eyes. Ended up with just a prescription check. Which honestly, I've been having issues with eyes/flashes/dryness etc. I feel they are forcing patients into doing the 30 diagnostic test verses the free drop dilation.
