From the warm and welcoming experience at the front desk to the comprehensive eye health examination with Dr. De Mel, every step of the visit made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely creates a family like atmosphere. They also took the time to help me select stylish eyewear that I truly love. Excellent experience. My beautiful wife and I became new customers at Lumiere Optique after her previous eye Doctor retired. We went here based on recommendations. The two young ladies at the front desk/reception area were very nice, friendly and helpful and Dr. Aleksic was awesome. She was friendly, professional, experienced and knowledgeable and took very good care of my darling wife and I. We were both very pleased with the outstanding customer service and care provided. Excellent service and staff. Both Savannah and Dr. Sandhu and are very professional and provide excellent customer service. Very thorough exam too. Also, they are open on Sunday, which is great for those who work normal jobs and stress over making weekday appointments. Thank you.

I will not be returning to this establishment. I had a very dissatisfying experience here with the doctor. This was my first time visiting this office since my regular office shut down. My appointment was rushed and the doctor did not treat me well. She was very impatient and didn't have a good "bedside manner". There were no other patients there so I'm not sure what the hurry was. I also didn't like the fact that I wasn't given the option for the add on charge of the retinal photograph. In every other office I've been in, you have to give *consent* for that extra charge. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, ethical and tech-savvy eye doctor look no more. I am so glad I found Dr. Laki. I will be a patient of his for life. He uses updated technology so I didn't have to worry about having my eyes dilated or the dated things many other eye doctors still utilize. He explained and walked me through everything about my vision and didn't try and sell me unnecessary services. If you are reading this I would highly encourage you to give him a call. His staff were exceptionally nice & accommodating.

We have been patients of Lumiere Optique for about 6 years now and couldn't be happier. Dr. Laki treats us like family and gives us the best care you could ask for. Our 11 year old has shared that she loves her annual appointment and even left her friends to come this year! If that isn't a glowing testament I'm not sure what would be! The front office staff is efficient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Three of us are able to have exams, pick out frames, and have insurance information done in 90 minutes. Where else does that happen! Do not hesitate to be a patient here. It's the best place to land!

Dr. Laki provides a high level service and very knowledgeable. Stephanie and Savannah are friendly to work with and have helped me many times find the right frames and lenes. Stephanie taught me so much about my progressive transition lens that there are my new go to lenses. I always leave there a happy client. You are in great hands at Lumiere Optique. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. When I purchased my glasses, there was no mention of lens compression options. I recall that she referenced the prescription sunglasses I previously purchased from this store. And I had to specifically request to add a blue light filter. Upon receiving my glasses, I noticed that the lenses were thicker than expected. When I inquired about this, I discovered that the highest level of index had not been used. I contacted your store to see if it would be possible to replace the lenses with a high index lenses and was told to revisit the store. However, when I visited in person as advised, I was informed that sending the lenses to the lab for this adjustment would incur additional costs, which I would be responsible for. The staff member who assisted me claimed that she had explained this during my initial visit, but I did not receive such information, nor was I provided with any evidence that this was mentioned. When discussing this issue with the front desk, I did not want to argue or create conflict, so I left the store without further discussion. However, I remain deeply disappointed by the lack of clear communication throughout this process. I felt that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The selection of lenses was not adequately explained, and no documentation was provided to clearly outline what I was purchasing. Instead, I was quickly asked to make payment without being fully informed. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your service, and I will not be returning to your store.
