Emergency! I woke up with an object in my eye & needed urgent care! We just showed up and were seen by Dr Sophie Robinson who removed it, much to my relief. Everyone was thoughtful & kind & I look forward to an easier routine visit next time. Very pleased!

Today I spent some time working with Nancy trying to find glasses to fit my narrow bridge. Size 15 is hard to find and I was soo impressed with her determination to find a fit for me and soo happy that she did!! She really knows what she's doing and really helped me find just the right fit !! It's like going shoe shopping and wearing a size narrow... few stores carry that and it's grueling to find something to fit right. This was my first time shopping here and was so thankful that my friend brought me here. They had a huge selection of frames.. more than I've ever seen and my friend had only the most wonderful things to say about their selection and service. And I agree !!! Nancy knows her stuff, is lovely and kind and so incredibly helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Optics and Nancy for an excellent eyewear shopping experience!!!

I had a great experience at Optics of Scottsdale. The staff was very nice and very professional. They helped me pick out a good pair of frames that fit my face well and offered honest feedback on how they looked on me. I went in a few days before my exam to pick out a few pairs to choose from following my exam. Also, Dr. Jill Rago was outstanding. She worked very quickly and accurately. She shared a lot of helpful information regarding my eyes and their health, I strongly recommend this company for any of your Optometry needs. Thank you Optics of Scottsdale, I look forward to receiving my new pair of glasses, and I look forward to seeing you all in a year for my next exam!

I was so impressed with how patient they were with my son the day before....while they had him put in, then take out contacts 3x...I brought my daughter the next day!

The doc is great. She went through everything with me in great detail. How some things can affect my vision besides getting old.

Jill and Nancy were terrific. Each time we have come in Nancy welcomes us with a big smile, kindness and the utmost professionalism. SO glad we found them.

I worked with Sharon to schedule a series of appointments for myself and the family and even got my name on the cancellation list and the next day they called me to let me know of an appointment a month before my scheduled appointment. Melissa did all the preliminary tests, explained everything and was easy to talk to. Dr. Jill was awesome. Explained what was going on with my eyes and also easy to talk to and answered all my questions. On the way out I talked to Nancy who handled the payment for the images of the eyes in-lieu of dilating the eyes. This will be our new place for eye checkups.
