I think it was totally beyond any limits that I can explain how bad the experience was. Th doctor and front desk person was amazing and true professionals. Glad there are video cameras in the store and also that upper management is aware of the situation. There are certainly better places to be welcomed.

The doctor was great, and so was the lady at the front desk. They are the only reason my rating is not lower. I purchased glasses at this location, and I told the guy helping me (I think he was a manager) they didn't fit. He kept insisting I was wrong. I had them adjusted twice, and they still felt wrong. I told him I think they are the wrong size for my head, and even after adjustments were way too tight. They gave me a headache. He told me I would get used to it, and that they would work themselves out. It has been months now, and my glasses are still too tight. They have left pretty decent sized indents on the side of my head now. I went to a different eyeglass place, and they agreed these glasses were not the correct size for me. I got a new pair at a different eye glass place. Zero tightness, and felt great. I will not be returning to this location as he did not want to listen to me, and I wasted my money. Such a shame because I had zero issue with the rest of the staff.

The manager at this store is truly so helpful. I picked out some frames that I wasn't too fond of after I got my lenses and they were able to help me swap them out and get the lenses corrected.
I appreciate the high level of customer service, understanding and patience for their customers.

My dad recently bought two pairs of glasses here, spending about $600 each. He's on a fixed income and later realized he didn't really need the second pair. At first, the store wasn't able to issue a refund, which was frustrating--but the optometrist went above and beyond to help. They contacted the regional office, who reviewed the situation and approved a full refund. That kind of integrity and customer care means a lot. Pearle Vision took the time to get it right.

Had a great time getting my glasses here! The manager was really nice, the store was clean, and there were tons of frames options -- designer & affordable styles alike They even had some really unique styles that other glasses shops don't have which were fun to try on (lil' to funky for me though)!
Ultimately though -- id gone to several other places (including 2 other Pearle Vision locations) where the people were just rude and grumpy; I came here because when I called, the manager answered and was so helpful and kind. His attitude and willingness to help is why I came here & I'm really glad I did
