I just arrived for my scheduled appointment with Dr. Thomas and my eye exam that is supposed to be 100% covered with insurance is going to be $30 because they want to include a retinal exam and would not perform my eye exam without it. Not a lot of money, but very disappointed that was not disclosed upfront. I've used Dr. Thomas in the past and was very happy but very disappointed in the hidden charge, I walked out without the exam.

This staff is amazing! The guy that works at the desk checking you in and fitting is absolutely the most patient person I've ever met. This was my first time trying to wear contacts and he spent over an hour with me trying to assist. Would highly recommend them! And a big win after a million tries I finally got them in. And not once did any of the staff make me feel rushed. Love them!!

Dr. Thomas is a great doctor and very compassionate about his patients. However, the new staff and organization that run this office are very bad. I called and texted and emailed several times to get a referral and it took a long time to get response. The staff is not on top of things and I do NOT recommend.

Dr. Thomas is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I trust him completely with my eyes and with my teenage son's eyes. I have been going to Dr. Thomas for several years and can't imagine going to anyone else.
The front office staff is also outstanding. Every year, I have some sort of issue with contact lenses rebates and Caroline is always super helpful sorting it out.
