Paul was a pure joy to work with, he took all my jokes and ran with them and got me out of there in 15 minutes with a pair of sunglasses that our prescription and a pair of eyeglasses that are prescription. I appreciate the value timing and Customer Service experience I received at this Barbie Parker on a Wednesday in the early afternoon. It was a great time to go because the store was not crazy busy and I enjoyed working with Paul and susi Q, I forgot her name unfortunately I think it's Jennifer, to get stuff done in a quick manner. I went in and found a great employee "Hallie" who spent quality time with me in understanding the issue and ultimately helping me select a different frame/exchange to alleviate the issue. I had an amazing experience with both the optometrist and my associate. I have the worst memory and I cannot remember her name, but she has such pretty colored hair and I would recommend anyone who visits to see her. Shopping for glasses is up on my list with shopping for jeans on how much I hate doing things and I didn't feel that way at all during my visit. My associate immediately knew what looked good for my face shape, gave her opinions, and was super friendly with keeping conversation/joking around. It was my first time at a Warby Parker and I definitely will be back.
