While I might have been a bit hesitant on LensCrafters in the mall, it was a good experience with the front desk receptionist (incredibly friendly), the staff as I entered equally kind and even more so the doctor who examined me. Assessed quickly an issue and informative. Able to get a quick appointment (same day) as well online (even better). Only feedback is the tech was not a tad aloof and limited on directions (ie speaking). All and all I would go back for sure.

I had such an amazing experience at the LensCrafters location in Scottsdale Fashion Square. From the moment I walked in, Tamara, who checked me in, was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. She really set the tone for the visit. The team member who took me back for the pre-exam was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through each step of the imaging and tests with care and professionalism.
And Dr. Dina Yousif--she was outstanding. One of the most thorough and thoughtful eye exams I've ever had. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns (especially as someone whose vision is changing with age), and I truly felt heard and understood. Her calm and friendly demeanor made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend rather than being at a medical appointment. She made absolutely sure that my new prescription was just right.
I left feeling confident, cared for, and honestly just grateful. I'm so glad I chose this location
