Dr Keeney and his staff are amazing! They were all personable, professional and efficient. In addition to thorough explanations of what to expect and the process of adjusting the light adjustable lenses that were placed during cataract surgery, they were always cognizant of patient comfort and confidentiality. Their patience with this experience was key to success and instilling confidence. I highly recommend this professional group.

I was in for follow up cataract surgery exam with Dr. Keeney and I left my Retired Navy ballcap in the exam room. The cap has some special meaning to me. Before I got home to Cottonwood, they called me to let me know, and get this. Mary Ann offered to bring it to my house in Cottonwood! I said I could pick it up but they seemed to want to bring it to me. At the end of the next day, Brenda delivered it to my house! Kudos to the entire staff! Now that's what I call customer service!!!

Dr Kinney was great but I waited 20 minutes for my appointment in what seemed to be an almost empty office.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was running late but that's been my experience both times I've been there.

Woke up with a blood shot eye and was going to be traveling in a couple of days, called to see if they could work me in.... Yep, just as I thought, got me in that afternoon. This day and age that's a rarity. Thanks again for the great patient service!

I had a fantastic first experience with Dr. Keeney and his staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a thorough exam wirh an assistant shortly after I arrived, and then had another evaluation from Dr Keeney. I did not mind waiting a bit to see him because he takes the time needed with each patient in order to adequately address their needs and concerns. While waiting, I spoke with another patient who said she's been seeing him for awhile and values the care and time he gives to each patient. In addition to his medical expertise, he was kind and friendly and explained everything and answered all of my questions. There was no upsell, as he said in my case I did not need a prescription for glasses and that reading glasses that I can purchase on my own are sufficient, and let me know which number is best for my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable my bill was, and on my receipt I could see that what I paid as a self paying patient without eye care insurance was half of what the fee would have been if billed through insurance. I left feeling that I had received a bargain given the quality of care I received from a caring staff. Such a blessing to find care like this! And on top of all that, I called yesterday and was thrilled that I was able to get an appointment for today!

Everyone from the office and Dr. are wonderful to me. I highly recommend them.
