i had some issues at home that forced me to be delayed for my appt. they worked with me to fit me in 3 hours later. Receptionist was wonderful. Alan my Technologist was great with full explanations. My DO was really nice albeit appeared rushed. i can understand. the office was very busy. He answered all my questions and made recommendations.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! These people are a joke, & in my opinion the company is committing insurance fraud by highly up-charging their glasses & prescriptions to insurance which means we pay more. I purchased 1 pair of standard Oakley glasses ($175), plus my standard near sighted prescription with some extras like scratch protection, & polarized colored lenses. After insurance they claim I owed $271.00. I asked if they even used my insurance? They put on this dog & pony show, pretending to be excited for me saying how I saved over $600. They said without insurance it would've cost almost $900 for 1 pair of glasses!!! CROOKS. They don't even have colors in house to pick from, so they just start verbally spouting out random colors to you to pick from. You have NO IDEA what you're ordering. So of course the glasses came back completely wrong, I simply said that's enough of this insane place, just give me my money back. They said they have a no refund policy even though they screwed up the order. They expect customers to just keep letting them try, & try again while you're waiting Months for them to get it right. I demand my money back & they said it would take 8 WEEKS. I finally called corporate threatened to call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), Arizona State Attorney Generals Office, & wouldn't you know it ??? Just like that I got my full refund immediately & had my insurance claim reversed & reinstated. I'm still turning them in to the Powers to be. They can't be allowed to continue business this way. SPEAK UP & REPORT THEM. Nothing worse than lying thieves

My kids really like going here and in fact requested going here this year instead of going to the eye glass center in our current town. They always see better from here with their glasses! However, when we went to pick up their glasses Friday the optician was very unfriendly and made my kids uncomfortable so much so that they left without getting their glasses properly fitted. Hoping this place will get us another optician to deal with so they can get their glasses properly adjusted. This is unfortunate because we live almost an hour away and I do not understand why an optician would treat them this way where they are made uncomfortable.

They took such great care of my Dad! The staff were so kind and understanding. He says his "new eyes" are so incredible after his cataract surgery!

Who ever handles your scheduling needs to be retrained in proper ways to conduct themselves professionally. She was very rude. And had the nerve to tell my wife that they arent "equipped to handle " our son who is autistic. When asked where else to go she said thats not her problem. You are suppossed to be the best of the best. Disgraceful.

I felt very deceived. Your refraction question is useless. At check in I indicated no. I didn't even know what a refraction test was. Upon checkout I was asked to pay $65.00 for the test. I didn't know I had one. So I refused to pay as I had indicated no at checkin. Then my prescription was with held from me and I was told I could not have my prescription unless I paid the $65.00. So I left without the prescription. I have great insurance. It appears your office cannot handle a multipurpose visit. I am very disgusted.i hope there are other places that can give me good and honest eye care. I will be looking for them. I do not appreciate fraud. My husband won't be coming back as well. I will not be recommending you to anyone. Infact just the opposite.

Everyone was kind, caring, and knowledgable. They apologized for the delay in seeing the eye doctor. I did have a red eye that afternoon and into the next day, but it seemed to clear up. Maybe allergy to the eye drops they used. I recommend this place and Dr Girschek for retinal eye issues. He is very skilled and knowledgeable.

I had the most pleasant experience with one of the techs named Alan. He was absolutely wonderful! Alan made me feel very comfortable with all the procedures that needed done. Very respectful, knowledgeable and overall seems to have a very good worth ethic. Incredible young man, made my visit very "go with the flow". I recommend Barnet Dulaney Perkins. I'll be back!
