America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have always had an annual eye exam this year, unfortunately did not schedule one on time and I ended up at America's. Best contact and eyeglasses at Tolleson ., that my friends is questionable. I always get a trial pair of contacts to make sure it fits properly before I place an order I literally had to ask for them and then when it was my turn to be service the customer service there sucks sorry, the girl on the floor that should had help was rude and not caring at all. I don't know if it was because I had a late appointment and they were tired, but will not recommend this place.

I wanted to say the female doctor was rushing the process so I had to come back so I could ask questions and get a solid review. But with that said Jimena the young lady out front made it where I would come back for her extremely good customer service without her I would have dropped everything and left the facility the male Dr was very good on second visit. Keep up the great customer service Jimena!

Went to the eye doctor today at America's best contacts and eyeglasses in Tolleson Arizona and it was really a good experience. The associate I got was VANESSA she was very nice informative very helpful. She had to really explain things to me because I'm not used to this process and what I really like about this place America's best is they have an advertisement that reads - " 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95 " and they actually do that you get the eye exam and two pairs of glasses for that amount, I've checked with several other eyeglass places and their promotions don't seem to be as truth-full if you get into the building they're a lot higher prices than advertised, but not here !!

Went here in March to do my eye exam and everything was online, no doctor in the room that it's something new for me but everything was smooth, after that I choose my frame from the cheapest ones of $99 well with my progressive lenses and the most advance lens they offer I ended paying $495. Without the extended warranty because I always take really good care of my glasses, for just for 2 months later my glasses were unusable because they ended scratched and impossible to clean so was a total waste of money and that "advance lense" was trash not to mention when I picked up my glasses the lady told me to take them in my hand cause she was not having a case for me not even a cleaning cloth. I never have problems before with my glasses and minimum they lasted for at least two years even the cheapest ones you order online.

I made an appointment over the phone and I made sure to arrive on time. Customer services was great as they welcome you upon entering and thank you as you exit. The doctor was great and made sure the correct prescription was given. They have a wide selection of eye frames for him and her from kids to adults. They also have a wide range of prices range. In my visit I took the 2 pair promotion. For more information ask the current services. I highly recommend this place! After seeing the doctor you may want to visit Tres Rio Wetland named top 100 things to do in Arizona and located in Estrella Village.

America's Worst Eyeglasses. I got contacts and they popped out of my eyes. I told them during the trial but they said it was okay since I'm new. However it did it again after the trial was over. Since it was already being shipped, they told me they would keep it and sell the difference. I kept it and if you looking for contacts, please contact me. Not only that when tightening my glasses, I was in a hurry but later in the day I noticed she put it where it rubbing my ears. Do not waste your time and money!!

The customer service is always great and the entire team from the front desk to the dr is always very professional and helpful.

I went to a different location in Goodyear and they were amazing! Afterwards I came to Tolleson bc it was closer to my house but the worker that helped me was so rude, felt like I was bothering her and didn't really answer my insurance questions right...do better
