Came to here for a check up on my child. Parking and checking in might come off as a little hectic to some but went pretty smooth for how busy it looked. Once checked in front staff guided us to the pediatric waiting room where there was a lot of things for the kiddos to do while waiting to be seen. BJ called us back and took wonderful care of us. Made my child feel comfortable and safe through the whole process. She made it fun so it didn't seem like a doctor's visit. BJ was great and kept a positive attitude through the whole appointment. Was very open about explaining everything to me and my child on what is happening or what we will be expecting.

We had a wonderful experience at Arizona Eye Consultants during my son's appointment yesterday. Even though we arrived about 20 minutes late, they were incredibly understanding and still took us in, which meant a lot to us.
The entire staff was kind, patient, and welcoming, and they made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. A special thank-you to his doctor, Dr. Lew, who was always absolutely wonderful--professional, caring, and great with kids. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kimberly Duong and Technician Sonia were absolutely amazing!! Kind, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Professional, took the time to listen to my concerns, answered every question I had, and explained each process thoroughly. Made me feel completely at ease during the entire process!! I had not been to the West Side office in quite some time. The reconstruction is absolutely stunning! Impeccable, beyond clean, comfortable, and modern. Front desk staff was alert, very friendly, informative, caring, helpful, super quick, efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs around my crazy work schedule. Minimal waiting time. The entire staff treats you like an actual person and not just a patient. I would highly recommend Arizona Eye Consultants and their entire amazing Team to anyone in need of top-notch eye care!

The new office was clean however The entry to the building was unkept see images. Dr K was great in every way. I was met with short attitudes and disrespectful mocking at reception desk. TV this previous narrative was from a visit a couple months back and I have no idea why it popped up , however The other day I was in again on an emergent follow-up and everything was quite different The office was clean , staff was kindly,smiled from their hearts and the doctor was wonderful I felt like I was a human being again. And the trash was gone at the entry door

Dr Killgore and ALL her staff are fantastic! Yes they're busy. ( always a good sign since they get this way by reputation). But you get in and out in the promised time frame and the flow of patients runs like clockwork. They are also extremely solicitous of Spanish speaking patients Highly recommend Dr Killgore and the west side office !

Good experience, from front office to back office. Receptionist was awesome with me. Thank you for being patient with me as I have new medical insurance and haven't received my card yet. Checked me in as quickly as she could and gave me a paper copy of my card. Thank you ladies! Assistant Lydia I want to say was her name, don't recall quite but thank you for being awesome!
