This is the second time I've used this office, having transferred from Vision Source. I must say I miss Dr. Carozza. No longer living in the area, I didn't want to have to adjust to a new office and doctor. BUT I'm glad I gave them a shot after his departure. Dr. McColley seems great! He took time to answer questions, was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned. Also, the staff is great! Young lady named Lauren is top notch; very professional and friendly! Though it's a drive, I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Paid tons of money for a pair of glasses, and the band that holds the lens in place broke. When I called to schedule an appointment to have them looked at for repair I was told they couldn't be fixed, and that I could buy another $1,000 pair of frames to replace them. Called another place, and was told they could be fixed with no problem. They told me they don't have a Doctor on staff, and I would have to go to the nearest location which is in Hope if I wanted to schedule an appointment. They were very rude, and the lady hung up on me. I understand businesses need customers to spend money to stay open, but to lie to someone without even looking is wrong. I miss Dr. Corozza!!Corozal!!! Glad he is helping the elderly now, but man he was great!!!

Best eye doctor visit I've ever had! Dr. Huckaby was fantastic, patient and understanding of my needs when it came to new glasses and contacts. Jaid was so patient and helpful in going over pricing and selecting frames. 10/10 experience!

I posted earlier about a bad experience with Texarkana Eye Associates. I was contacted earlier by the Dr about the review. When I went back over to pick up a prescription, a staff member apologized for the hectic morning and informed me they had issues with an exam room that caused the backup. She apologized and asked if there was anything they could do to keep the business. I just needed to know that what I saw this morning was not the norm and that appointmemts would be kept as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the Dr and staff reaching out to me to rectify the situatuon. Extremely professional on their end. I plan to keep my business there. Despite the chaos this morning, the staff and Dr were always pleasant.

Great people! Very patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding staff! This was my first visit but definitely not my last. If you wear contacts this is the place to go....they price match and ship to your home.

This location has gone to HELL since being taken over by Texarkana Eye Associates. I had been a patient of Dr. Corozza for about 10 yrs and now I will never go back. They treat the patients with no dignity or respect. As if not caring for you as a person at all. His staff is rude and never return calls, to get anything done I would have to physically go to the office. Don't waste your time find a different Dr.

Use to love dr corroza and his staff when it was vision sorce sad he had his shop burn down and what not. But now that his dr office has been bought out by this texarkana eye place this place and his staff have really been a let down. I have Medicare and Medicaid ok great ok was not real picky on glasses but I ware contacts and I got both ordered threw him and his office. After 2.5 weeks got my glasses and after oooh let's see 6 months now and a miss up still have no contacts had to get a box from him that I apparently paid for ok but still waiting. No call backs no respect no willing to do anything. When I had insurance threw the other company it would take 5 to 7 days to get anything how does it take 6 months now to get contacts. Their excuse was it is my insurance.... so yes if I had to say and i am sorry to say but do not use this eye dr now it has gone down hill and fast. Use Walmart or any other eye dr but this place.

Staff is pleasant. I have eye glass insurance and I was over charged by hundreds of dollars for my glasses. I have a serious eye problem and when I asked questions about it my questions were ignored. Luckily I went to my primary doctor and I am getting the diagnostic testing I need.
