I rarely write reviews, but felt it was necessary in this case. They were able to work with me on the time I could come in instead of me needing to reschedule my appointment. Each member of the staff I interacted with was polite and prompt. The woman that assisted me with choosing my frames was quite talented at it. The facility was well lit, clean, and organized. Best eye doctor experience I have had. Will be returning here for my future vision needs!

I verified insurance before making the appointment. Not even 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time they called to tell me I was not in network and couldn't be seen. Rescheduled for a month out just for them to do it again. Do not recommend

Takes a month to get an appointment. If your on medicaid another month or more to receive your glasses. Nice enuff people but other than that be prepared to wait for 2 months or more for your glasses. UPDATE: got the glasses today. I think the lenses came from wish. Only true while looking directly thru center, edges of lenses are not same prescriptoon as middle this isn't my first rodeo I'm 43 worn glasses all my life. I'll go to an actual professional next time. Very poor job.

Dr Livengood(s) are the most compassionate at great people. They are very professional and easy to express your issues with. They are able to solve any problems you may have. If your looking for a dr you can actually see and talk too these are the best around. Nothing better than a hometown eye dr, they now you by a first name basis!

Very friendly and competent staff. Thankful to have such amazing eye care and not have to go out if town because we have the best here. My family and I have been going here several years. I had recently had to go to another clinic in a neighboring bigger town. It was a horrible experience. I won't make that mistake again! Beyond pleased enough how they take care of my whole family!
