Nice that a Yearly reminder will pop up in text to make the appointment. Dr. Sullivan is super nice and the exam is a breeze. Tried on a couple frames and the optician actually found me the perfect Frames. Style, color, and fit are perfect! Don't think that has ever happened. Can't wait to pick them up in a couple weeks. Outstanding and caring service at BoozmanHof in Bella Vista, Arkansas. I needed to be seen for an unexpected eye emergency, and the entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend their care to anyone in the area.

Everyone was so welcoming! Celina was so helpful and encouraging. She was a "pro" with all the questions and measuring that she needed to check! And Dr Sullivan was wonderful! It was a great visit!

Staff is always very friendly and Dr Woodward has watched over my eyes for many years. He has taken good care of me and explains things very well. He's a nice guy.

Everyone was professional and polite! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the eye tech's name (black hair, glasses, mole). She was pleasant, put me at ease for my appointment, and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Stewart also explained my history, procedures, and plan, so that I could understand and leave with a clear view of the exam. Jamie, the glasses sales tech, was also sweet and easy to follow. Been going to this place for two years now, and I have nothing but accolades for them.

Care at Boozman-Hof is excellent. I have had cataract surgery, treatment for cornea abrasion and follow up on diabetic retinopathy for 9 years at the clinic. Dr. Mary Sullivan is caring, answers all questions. Staff are great with testing and financial/insurance issues. If I had one complaint it would be they are seldom running on schedule. That's a small price to pay especially if you've ever needed non-scheduled emergency care.

Great appointment. Nurse & Physician were at their best. Hardly any waiting. Always a pleasure. See you in a year.

My mother had a new patient visit at the Bella Vista location of BoozmanHof. She just moved here from out of state and wanted to establish a new eye doctor. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and the office had a nice atmosphere. Both the tech and Dr. Sullivan were kind, however, they did not seem confident in their answers to questions or capable in their administering of eye tests or in analyzing records from my mother's previous eye doctor. Additionally, both pushed for a new glasses prescription even though my mother just had an updated prescription 5 months ago. We will be seeing Dr. Woodward for a follow up visit and will update this review at that time.
