Progressive Eye Center of Cherokee Village

My first time using this Eyecenter was wonderful. I had read great reviews on it, so I decided to try it out. From making my appointment all the way through picking out my frames was a fun experience. Everyone was fun, cheerful, positive, and sweet. Dr George was very professional and thorough. She was pleasant and did not rush me through the process. This optometrist is an hour away from me and I am glad I made the drive. They will be my Optometrist Center from now on!

They were more than on time for my appointment slot. I was called back a few minutes early. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. I was moved from station to station without delay. My eyes were examined and all my questions were answered( I had several)without feeling like I was being hurried out the door. I also ordered new lenses. The ladies there took my order quickly. They even overhauled my existing glasses( that I have been very rough on) while I waited, at no extra cost. The initial cost of new lenses seem to be high, but if you figure in all you get throughout the year, it makes sense. I would and do recommend them to all my family and friends.

Friendly knowledgeable staff from start to finish. Staff was attentive to the patients. Not one person ignored patients while gossiping or on their phone. It was refreshing and an extremely pleasant atmosphere. The exam was incredibly thorough with understandable explanations and kindly delivered instructions. The staff and doctor were attentive to the cleanliness of the equipment and their hands. Overall a great place to have an exam you will feel comfortable with.

I get the most thorough, eye exam form them. I have been using them for years. I would highly recommend if you want service from good Godly people. Progressive All The way!

I arrived my appointment time and spent a minimal amount of time in the waiting room. I was led back to an examination room by a very professional woman who did various tests on my eyes, an updated variation of the eye chart. She was fast, efficient, but I never felt rushed. From there a tech led me to another room where we did a set of tests testing peripheral vision and eye pressure. Again fast and efficient but never felt rushed. Then to the third room which was an examination room. The doctor came in, expressed that she would prefer dilating my eyes however on that particular day for me it wasn't feasible. It was brightly sunny and I had no other way to get home other than drive so I opted not to and she assured me that that was fine also. She did an examination with an assistant, reciting various findings, asked if I had any questions and address the issue that I brought up, again very efficient very professional yet I never felt rushed. Nor did I ever feel like my questions weren't answered. The experience was pleasing, I felt they had up to date equipment and that I had an extremely thorough exam. I was done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Progressive.

I was amazed at the care I received at Progressive Eye Care as soon as I walked in I was called back for my appt on time. There were 3 different types of eye exams. Very different from what I have been used to. Then I saw Dr Lindsey George. She was very thorough with my eye examine as well. Then she explained to me what all the other 3 exams were for. She answered all my questions and gave me information I did not know. I highly recommend Progressive Eye Care, Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Dr Lindsey George. Then I went to the Optical Center in with Progressive Eye Care, and met Jennifer and she assisted me with a new pair of glasses and made recommendations for me as well. I highly suggest if you have an eye issue you go to Progressive Eye Care!

Dr. Ellis and his team are compassionate and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I decided to return here for my care after their location in Salem closed. They made me feel like my eye health was their priority. I didn't feel like they rushed me through my tests, and they took the time to answer any questions that I had.
