Everyone at the office are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Christian has been responsible for my eye care while they were still with South Arkansas Eye Care. She is the best eye care physician I have ever had. Her knowledge is evident in her treatment of my vision while also monitoring other potential issues with my eyes. Also, Dr. Christian is the most caring physician I have known. She listens and she responds accordingly. Very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Kinslow Eye & Laser Center to anyone needing an eye doctor or simply need to change doctors. They are also very responsive when I post messages to their website.

The very best 'Eye' experience, ever! Led to the best corrective lenses I have ever had. The extremely experienced Doctor added prisms, to correct my double vision problem. With the combination of Cataract surgery and my new prescription glasses, I am experiencing the most clear and vivid vision that I have EVER had. Thank you Kinslow Eye Center.

I agree with most that the staff is awesome and very friendly. Dr. McKnight is phenomenal!! However, I gave three stars (should be lower) due to the amount of time that I have been waiting on my glasses to come back. I think I would be okay if this was the first time that this happened but it also happened on my last pair of glasses from here. Both times I've been told it's because of the lab. If that's the case, maybe you all should look into a new lab. I will continue to go to Dr. McKnight but I will NEVER order another pair of glasses from here!!!!!

Dr. Davis is my doctor and she took time with me to get my contact prescription corrected from previous prescription. The staff is great and friendly! The optical area is the best! They helped me pick out my new Costa sunglasses and I love them.

Dr Kinslow performed cataract replacement surgery for me some years ago. We have since moved to Florida, and both the optometrist and the ophthalmologist that I see have both remarked that they have been practicing for over 30 years and the replacement lenses that Dr Kinslow implanted were the "best" that they have ever seen. Of course, they asked who did the surgeries, and I jokingly asked if they knew where El Dorado, AR was, and they said "nope." Just a true testimony to the excellence that Dr Kinslow represents.

The doctor and staff that actually "treated" my mother and performed her eye surgery were great, kind, professional. After the surgery her follow ups were through a local eye dr. Recently (like the other day) Her eyes had been irritating her to the point they were almost blood red, so she calls Kinslow, who passes her off to their Magnolia office and Dr McKnight told my mother she would see her Friday. Soon as we got to magnolia I could tell something was not right, front desk personnel seemed oblivious to my mother's being there, yet they could see she was scheduled for an appt, even called el dorado office to confirm. Seem this McKnight doctor simply either forgot she scheduled my mother, mis-scheduled my mother or said to hell with her all together I'm taking a vacation. Either way, we were up early that morning pretty much for nothing and all my mother wanted was some new drops for her eyes, which we ended up going back to the local doctor to get. Why schedule someone and NOT see them? Hope that's not a habit or does not become one.

I have used the optical center many times and have experienced nothing but the best service! Everyone was very helpful and my frames arrived within a week of ordering them! I also have used several of the eye doctors for our whole family and they are all wonderful!

Dr Christian is our doctor. She is amazing! Everyone there is very professional and good at what they do. Dr Christian has gone over & above to help our family! May God continue to bless your business!
