My opinion is partial because the OD I went to see is my husband. However, having seen him in different offices, including our own a few years back, I was impressed with the design and fluidity of the office and the explanation of each test that was given to me.

Don't go here, these people take advantage of clients. I've been using contacts for 20+ years and have always used the same brand. When I tried to order them they demanded I come back in for an exam when I just had one 4 months prior. Their excuse was they wrote the prescription for a different brand because they all "fit" different. Well...all glasses frames "fit" different but they don't demand you come in for an exam for a different prescription every time you want a different glasses frame. Contacts are a product just like glasses and the same concept applies. When I went up there to physically get my prescription they closed the doors early and had an attitude when I wanted in, the girl on the phone I talked too was condescending and rude.

Everyone there was nice enough but my appt was at 2 and didn't get to see the actual dr until 2:45, which is frustrating because I took my lunch break for this. Not to mention it was insanely hot and him is in the office and just overall DIRTY. The gal took me back and I had to wipe away the skin flakes, grease marks on the arms of the chair and the headrest myself before I could even sit in the chair. Everything looked disgusting and the smell was not at all pleasant. After the assistant had me read off some letters and left, I had to find an alcohol wipe to clean everything myself... it was gross. How about we take a little pride in our office?! Definitely do not intend to return, especially if I make an appt and don't get seen til 40-45 mins later.

Appointment went fine and good staff. But no one should buy Total30 or Total1 contact lenses. They're Alcon's new brand and they are insanely high in their fluorine levels that I felt burning sensations in the back of my head and heart that did not go away till I took them off. Bausch and Lomb is a better brand without fluorinated polymers. Remember, if it's cheaper to sell a product that poisons us, any corporation has a responsibility to stakeholders to do so

I love the way. The doctor helped me explain to me about how my eyes are. He gave me the good information that I need and I thank you very much.

Excellent service all around. Carlos was absolutely great. I definitely will come back.

We just moved to the area and found this office through an online search. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor explained things to me no other doctor has about my eyesight. I will be making this office my primary eyecare office.

The male receptionist that signed me in and took me back to the exam room was very friendly or welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad day?
