Greenbrier Eye Care

I had the greatest experience at this eye clinic today. This is definitely the best one I have ever been to! Dr. Mitchell was incredible. She was so thorough in her examination and took the time to carefully explain everything she was doing and teaching me about my eyes. I never felt rushed, and I left understanding my vision and eye health so much better than I ever have before. Her attention to detail and her patience really stood out. Jericha, the optician, was just as wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find frames that actually work for my face. She gave thoughtful input without being pushy and made the whole process fun and stress-free. Even though I didn't interact as much with either April (the manager) or Lex (the tech), they were both very friendly in the moments we did speak. And I especially appreciated Lex taking the extra step to ask around when she wasn't 100% sure about one of my questions. Instead of guessing or assuming, she made sure I got accurate information. That level of honesty and care means a lot. You gained a very happy new client today. I'll be sending everyone I know your way! I appreciate you all immensely. Thank you, again!

My daughter and I loved coming in for our exams here at greenbrier eye clinic. The staff was so friendly and professional! Alexis, Felicia and Katie made the whole experience quick and walked us through it all, very sweet ladies. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly !

A spur of the moment call for an examination, and an hour later we were in the office being taken care of to the fullest extent. I appreciate them treating my son with proper care and concern. He was very comfortable with them after being quite nervous beforehand due to a much lower quality optometrist appointment before at another clinic. I highly recommend.

They are all great!! I love Dr Mitchell she is so informative. The girls are so sweet and helpful with my difficult to deal with insurance company!! Mary, Brecken and April are all great!!! You guys rock!!

had to pick a closer eye care facility and this facility came up. Im from Morrilton, and find out they used to be in Morrilton. All the staff was real nice. Prices were very good. go and check out Miss Mitchell

Excellent customer service and care!!! 10/10 Mary and Brecken (hope that's spelled right) are super sweet and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and patient and did not make me feel rushed at my appointment. Gave me all the tips and tricks to treat the dryness and inflammation in my eyes and I have noticed a tremendous difference in my eye health since my visit. I will definitely keep going back and referring others as well. I can't remember my doctors name bc I'm terrible with names but she was just as phenomenal as the techs. Highly recommend them and thank you for being awesome!!
