I came in with prescription in hand, Im seeing 2 workers helping customers, so I just started browsing glasses since NEITHER of them acknowledged me, NEITHER said "hello, I will be with you shortly" nothing. When the lady was done helping her customer she went to a sign in sheet I knew nothing about (my first time) and called 2 people who came in long after I was there, I decided to leave and then FINALLY she says can you sign in please....I said if you had told me this when I walked in I would have been seen instead of everyone that came in after me. Poor customer service....never again. And yes they saw me unless my skin was too dark for them to see me.

Do not tell me I can see out of my glasses, when I can't. You don't know. This was an awful experience. When in to get my glasses on 12/26. Picked out a pair I liked got them measured and fit. Hour later a pair of glasses. We did get the glasses on time. They were not right. Left eye ... Nothing, everything was a great grey blob. They tried to convince me I could see. Sooo mad. They didn't want to do anything about it when I asked. Said it wasn't their fault
Asked for a refund only to be told they don't do that. I looked at my husband and told him to call the bank and cancel that transaction. I have my money back . Do not use this place.
