Mrs . Faulkner did my eye exam. At 1st I was seeing Mr. Faulkner. Whenever I would see the wife and would get a contact exam. Even tho I been wearing clear contacts for years. She got upset cause I ask her to let me put my own contacts in. She takes them out the pack. Put them on her finger then pass the contact to me.. if I was a 1st time contact user that would be ok.. I been wearing contacts 7 years before I started going to their eye clinic. Every time I get an exams from her she gets upset wanting to put my contact in. After she takes them out the pack. On her finger. I thought that was odd.. I took my kids to see her. She never told me about my kids eye condition. She gave me a prescription for my kids.. I didn't learn what was going on with my kids eye condition until I went to another eye doctor.. I will not go back, the husband he ok. I will never do business with them because of the wife attitude.

I had my annual eye appointment with Dr. Lee Faulkner today and it was awesome as always. I met Faulkner Eye Clinic in 2005 after relocating from San Antonio, TX. My husband & I receive the best eye care ever. They take time to explain everything and listen to our concerns. I highly recommend this eye clinic to everyone especially my government coworkers. I've changed my health care doctor but not my eye doctor over the years. They have a friendly staff at the front desk. His wife is even awesome too. An eye care Dream Team with a beautiful office. Thanks again for being the best in Marion, AR and in the USA. Simply the Best!!! See you next year...

Thought they were good. Used them when I was younger to. However. Since coming back I am not happy. I have used a very specific brand of contacts for many many years. She refuses to order mine. She says they aren't a good fit. How can u tell me what's a good fit for my eye that I have used for years and have NO ISSUES WITH? Seems to me my insurance will be billed for POINTLESS testing and trials after they ordered me HORRIBLE trials that cut my eyes burned and moved around in my eye and I couldn't see.
Now I'm having to switch back to my old provider WHOM will gladly order MY BRAND that works for me! Meanwhile Faulkner says they are being discontinued but they actually aren't!!!! SMH!!!

My husband and I have used this clinic for about 20 years, we have our exams but our glasses and pay our bills before we left. I called for an exam which would be the first since my cataract surgery. The young lady said she would call my before the exam, I really appreciate that because my husband passed away 2 months ago and I am still recovering. I received a call that I owed them $50. since2021. I had no idea Because I never received a statement but I don't think they knew either until they got my chart. No I am being treated like a dead beat and cannot see the doctor until I pay this bill from 2021. They also charged me $30. because I missed my appointment that was never made. I asked to waive the $30. Because of my situation with my husband's death but they refused. I think more than anything I am disappointed after all these years and now being treated like that.

This has been my optometrist for nearly 10 years, and I've always had a great experience with the staff and the products. Unfortunately, the frames on my new glasses were crooked when I picked them up. A staff member bent the earpieces to adjust them, and since I was on an extended lunch break, I accepted it and thought they would be ok. I had to take them back after two weeks because I couldn't wear them. A staff member bent the metal posts, which made the frames straight, but now the posts are noticeably crooked. I'm not thrilled about this situation because I assumed they could be sent back to the manufacturer to be adjusted, but I do appreciate the staff for trying to help

My daughter and I have been seeing the Faulkners since 2015. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews as I've never had an issue with Drs Julie and Lee or their staff. In fact, they have always treated us kindly and professionally and have been a great wealth of information. When I injured my eye, they fit me into their schedule, for which I was grateful for and they don't push me to buy their glasses. At the end of the day I guess you get out of it what you put into your relationship with your providers. A good provider will have the tough conversations with you, even if you don't want to hear it so you have a clear understanding of how your non-compliance may impact your health. That doesn't make them rude or uncaring or unprofessional, but rather, just the opposite.

I had my first appointment here yesterday and all I can say is after I had a bad experience elsewhere, I am SO HAPPY that I found them! Location is on a main road with easy access to a good sized parking lot. They had a cute fountain outside, which I just loved! Check in was super quick and easy. Receptionist was nice. Dr. Julie Faulkner had many other patients on this day and still got to me in a timely manner. I was seen within 10 min of arriving. She was very patient, while I asked what I felt like was a million questions, lol! She helped me with all my concerns and explained everything to me in detail. Cherry was AMAZING! She was so kind, and we had great conversation!! Everything really went great with my exam. Only thing I would change is, I wish they had someone after the exam to help you pick glasses. It's kinda like you're on your own at that point
