Vision Xpress

Outstanding service! I had the nose pad of my glasses break off (due to getting smashed in the face by a football thrown by a 5-year-old) four hours in to a 13 hour road trip to spend Christmas in Mountain Home. First thing in the morning, I went in to Walmart, but they only had cheap adhesive pads which I knew would not be a good solution. I decided to try Vision Xpress as I left, hoping they could help me. Not only did they help me in a quick and friendly manner, but they did not even charge me for the nose piece or the labor. I feel like many optometrists would want to charge me a small fee for this sort of thing, but these guys know that a happy customer is worth more than $10. Well done, Vision Xpress!!!!

My previous eye doctor place really put me off for doing anything about keeping up with my vision needs. Vision Xpress actually made me feel good with my first visit. The exam was efficient and thorough with the doctor not rushing me through. They offered affordable lens and frames. I sound like a commercial but I assure you that I don't work for them or even know any of them. I just simply liked this place. Excellent service, excellent prices, awesome staff. Plus, I'm not used to this, I had a pair of glasses to take home in about half an hour! It was a simple lens, but it still was good since I live an hour away. I imagine that a bifocal set would take longer but I guess they put "Xpress" in the name for a reason.

Waiting 14 days since I had my eye exam and still no glasses. The person answering the phone is rude as everything as well! Don't use these people if you want your glasses in a timely manner!

Decent place. Affordable lenses, but they are cheap. They will break of you aren't a gentle person, and they do NOT fit your glasses for you, you literally just get them handed to you and sent on your way. Although they savings are nice, the extra money you have to spend getting repairs, replacing, or resolving issues because of the lack of initial fitment, etc make it an obvious no for me in the future. This last time, I went ahead and got some of the higher end Calvin Klein all metal frames, quite an upcharge from their $70 frames so I expected better, but not 6 months in and one side of the arms are completely loose, unable to be tightened which tells me the hinge or screw is stripped, these glass haven't been abused or pushed past their limits. The $400 I spent here last time would have lasted me 2 years had I gone to Kilgore or Ozark eye center, but my lesson has been learned with this company. Good for people on a budget who don't have an active life style and don't expect much, bad for folks who do more than read and expect them to last longer than 6 months, even after paying $300+ for the frames. Long review in short: you get what you pay here for, certainly nothing more.

I had such a pleasant experience. Appointment was quick and got my glasses within 30 minutes. Dr was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ladies up front were kind as well. I dont have insurance and the prices were great too. Thank you. I'll be back next year!

Lousy glasses broke within one week and they said that they would replace them but that was in April- it's now August- was told why dont I just go kill myself!!! I just got out of the hospital for trying to- wow how embarrassing for the doctor for having such aweful staff!!!

Loved the environment of the place! Eye exam was affordable along with the frames and lenses (especially without insurance). They made sure I knew what I would be walking out with and made sure I was satisfied before they let me leave the exam room. Everyone was super kind and I will definitely be back!
