Mountain View Eye Care

Excellent care given here! I had a sudden and serious eye problem. They saw me the same day I called and arranged for me to travel to a surgery center the next day. The doctors and staff here are so professional and super caring about their patients. They explain things thoroughly and are happy to answer any questions. I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommended

Don't come here if you want an easy experience. The eye doctor didn't put the correct brand on the contacts because he "didn't have them" and we tried a sample pack of something else. Didn't like them. They shortened their hours so I can't go in person nor can I get anyone to respond to the issue. We can't get what my wife needs because he'd rather scam you into only buying something he can sell you. My glasses experience wasn't much better. The children helping are inexperienced with knowledge and customer service, and I've had better experiences anywhere else I've been. Never returning.

Great doctor! I had my prescriptions changed here a quite a bit and was concerned because my other doctor had been rewriting the same prescriptions for over 20 years. Come to find out the old ones were too strong. I can see better than I have in years. Great care! Dr. Deitrick Really knows his stuff.

I found the staff to all be very nice & friendly. Since my eye problems had to do with my high blood pressure, they took my BP and since it was high, called my regular physician. They even called me the next day to check on me. They all seem to really care about their clients & their needs. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I can't say enough about Mountain View eye clinic and their caring staff. Dana, Cheyenne and Lisa do a great job. Lisa saved me several hundred dollars on my glasses from my previous eye clinic and they accommodated my schedule by being so flexible. A great place in the heart of the Ozarks who put patients first.

Today was my first visit to see Dr. Dietrick at Mountain View Eye Care and I have to say from beginning to end it was friendly, professional, and I really felt like he took the time to make sure I got the care I needed. The rest of the staff was great also. I personally saw them clean all of the glasses I had touched to try on, sterilize the waiting room and their happy smiling faces were just what I needed. I highly recommend this facility!

Mountain View Eye Care has taken excellent care of our family for over a decade. The staff and Dr. Deitrick have always gone above and beyond for our eye care needs! We recently needed a pair of glasses repaired on very short notice and they took care of us without hesitation. The new clinic is beautiful with a great selection of frames and sunglasses for all ages. Shop local and support our community!

Friendly enough with me. I had an eye emergency 2 years ago. My husband was with me. I went to schedule an eye appointment and they tell me my husband cannot be with me. I have seizures while under stress. My husband was worried and the staff and the doctor talked down to him like he was a child and not a grown man. While he was worried whether I would lose function of an eye or not. So, yes he was confrontational, but that did not have reason for him not being able to be in the room with me. While I did schedule an appointment with them again, I wish there was another eye place I could go to for a new prescription for my glasses.
