I was a walk in. No appointment was necessary. Everything was a breeze. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was riendly , professional and worked in a timely manner. I have no complaints. They definitely are the "Doctor Next Door!"

My daughter talked me into going to Success Vision Clinic and I was kind of skeptical. To my surprise I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The staff was very impressive with their attitude and knowledge. The doctor was also very friendly and nice and the whole experience was a great one. Even ordering the lenses, was a great experience. Very nice exam. There was a bit of a wait to be seen but I expected it. I was a walk in. Dr Stone did a great job and took the time to discuss the findings and we even had some laughs. When staff were able to call me in the we're professional and helpful.

We have never had a problem with canceling or rescheduling a appointment, we're always greeted with a friendly smile. The Staff, and Dr.Jean Stone are awesome. Thanks for your care and concern for your patients!

I brought my grand daughter to get an eye exam and glasses. We didn't have an appointment but were able to be seen and get her glasses the same day in a very timely manner. Everyone was so professional and courteous! The glasses fit perfectly! Will most definitely come back again!

This was one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and really seemed to care. The atmosphere and overall culture was great as well!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Dr. Richard Clem was by far the most careless and unprofessional optometrist I have ever dealt with. He showed zero warmth, patience, or professionalism during our visit, which was infuriating considering we drove over an hour to this location after having an excellent experience in the past. He rushed through my so-called "exam" in less than five minutes, making it feel like an inconvenience rather than a medical appointment. Instead of carefully adjusting the lenses one step at a time to determine the most accurate prescription, he simply dialed the knob and instructed me to say "stop" when the vision appeared clearest. This is NOT how a thorough or responsible eye exam is conducted. It genuinely felt like we were witnessing the tail end of his career--where attention to detail, professionalism, and basic care for patients have completely eroded. I left feeling cheated and disrespected. This review is meant as a warning: if you value your eyesight and your time, demand a different optometrist. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid being examined by Dr. Richard Clem altogether.
