Paragould Family Vision

I have been with Paragould Family for 5+ years, and every appointment is always met with friendly customer service and an efficient check-in process. It is evident that Dr. Dunnam truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. I can be picky when it comes to choosing frames, but the staff was very patient and knowledgeable about the materials the frames are made of, and which were more skin-friendly.

They don't do what they want, dr listens and does what you want. I wear my glasses down on my nose some and that is the way the will make the lense. I got the progressive lense..Will be first for me, but I think it will be fine. Dr. and staff were very friendly. I highly recommend them for your eye care.

They are always willing to see me or work me regardless if it's a scheduled appointment or emergency. My last two have been minor emergencies and they made room for me. Always so kind, caring, understanding and truly want to help! Even when it comes to the "sometimes" complicated insurance. Those girls do not stop until they find answers and solutions to whatever problem arises. Their patience definitely doesn't go unnoticed. Assisting me with my bruised face and black eyes, Katelyn stayed by my side until we found what was comfortable and cute! Dr. Dunnam has always been kind and caring. He takes my past history with my eyes very serious. Always so helpful and it is always immediate help! I've NEVER had to wait when it came to infections, car accidents or even just needing a spare pair of contacts, because one fell down the drain. They have always been there for the big and the little and I truly appreciate everything they do for myself and my family!!! Thank you, Natalie Stewart

The doctors and staff at Paragould Family Vision made me feel right at home. My examination was thourough and Dr. Dunnam took his time to answer any questions I had. Jessica was very patient and sweet while helping select my frames. 10/10 for Paragould Family Vision!

I'm 73 and have never experienced the great care that I received at this office. Dr Dunnman took his time with me, after asking about my eyes and health, he explained how health can influence the eyesight. I learned more from him than the doctors over seeing my thyroid. He is compassionate and kind. Jessica was patient working with me about a couple insurance policies, and helped me choose the correct one to bill. That saved me money. Great experience from the time I entered the door. I've found the best dentist & will continue with him.

My condition requires me to have a partner as I am partially blind and need help getting around . But he always treated me personably and never talked to my partner as if I don't exist. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him .

All the employees were very nice and the doctor prayed for my husband and I left the office great place

His knowledge of optometry was very impressive and I would highly recommend him for any problems you have and the staff was great and very helpful.
